" This set is great!! The speeder is well put together and is quite sturdy. The way the 2 side speeders fit into the frame is clever and works nicely. The flick missiles are Ok. The build was pretty easy, especially the side speeders that are built first. I did both of them at the same time instead of finishing one and then building the other. I don't get why their were some printed pieces and then soooo many stickers that had a similiar design to the printed pieces. Some of the stickers were tough to line up properly because of the length of them. Persistance is the key with putting them on!!
The minifigs are awesome in this set. Savage Opress has a double bladed lightsaber and his battle ax/spear combo. He comes with armor that covers the torso. The torso is very detailed with his tribal tattoos. Then he comes with the piece that resembles his horns. My only problem with this is that the yellow doesn't quite match the color on his face. Overall a great minifig!! Next is Asajj Ventress in her Nightsister outfit. She has some facial tattoos and the body suit looks really nice on her. She comes with her two red lightsabers. Finally, we have Anakin "SkyGuy" in his new Clone Wars/Episode 3, non-armor Jedi robes. He comes with his blue lightsaber. His head looks a little lighter in color than the "Clone Wars" minifigs from the past. These three minifigs are must haves. This is a great set with lots of playability functions.
Pros:
Awesome minifigs
Savage Opress with his tattooed torso and double lightsaber
Asajj Ventress in her Nightsister outfit
"Sky Guy" in the new robes
Speeder is very sturdy and solid
Side speeders can come off for solo missions
Extra pieces included another Ventress lightsaber handle and another horned head piece for Opress
Cons:
Too many stickers
Color on horned head piece doesn't exactly match his face

" I was most excited about this set then this group was released. I love all things Hoth, so I couldn't wait to get this set. I was very pleased with the results. The "stylized" look of the Wampa is really cute. I like that he has horns, arms pop off (lightsaber cutting style), and can fit a minifig in his hand/paw. He also came with a Tauntaun leg that he munches on while waiting for Luke to freeze. The cave itself is small but has plenty of features. I like how Luke (or anyone else) hangs upside down, the lightsaber launcher mechanism is a great feature, and the skeletons are cool.
The snowspeeder comes with Zev Senesca, Rouge 3. He is also included in the Rebel Trooper Battle Pack, but he belongs here since he is the pilot that finds Han and Luke in the movie. The snowspeeder itself is pretty good. One of the few things Lego produced that is NOT better than the original. I guess the speeder looks better but it is quite flimsy, the wings fall off too often.
I really like the Luke in this set. I think the detail of his Hoth jacket is great. His hat is standard and he comes with his lightsaber. Overall, I really enjoy this set and would highly recommend it!!
Pros:
Wampa!!!
Luke in Hoth outfit
Upside down hanging part of cave
Lightsaber launcher
Minifig fits in Wampa's hand
Look of the Snowspeeder
Cons:
No Tauntaun
No Han Solo
No Ghost of Obi Wan Kenobi (You must go to the Dagobah system)
Pilot included with Rebel Trooper Battle Pack (give us a different pilot)
Flimsy wings on snowspeeder

" This is a fun set from Phantom Menace. I was really pleased with the number of minifigs you get with this set. Jar Jar Binks, Gungan Soldier, 2 Pilot Droids, and 8 battle droids for a total of 12 figures is amazing!! The Jar Jar and Gungan Soldier figures are really an improvement from the original figures. The detail printed on the head, arms, and torso are really nice. I like the blue pilot droids and the normal battle droids are pretty good. Obviously, this is a great droid army building set. The droid transport is thin and long. The racks that hold the droids are nice. My droids seem to fall out of the racks pretty easily as do the guns from the gun holders. It would have been nice if this set included a kaadu or other Gungan related items
Pros:
12 minifigs
New and improved Jar Jar Binks and fellow Gungan soldier
Blue pilot droids
Improved shield
Cool tranport shuttle for droids
Cons:
Too many battle droids. Would have preferred a mixture of droids such as Super Battle Droids and Droidekas.
Battle droids legs fall off too easily
Not much included for the Gungans (Kaadu or other beast of burden)
Needs a Captain Tarpals or Boss Nass minifig

" This is my first Slave 1 and I couldn't be happier. The ship is HUGE, heavily armed, and looks great!! I love all the accessories and weapons that come in and on the ship. The flick missles, hidden guns, and bottom blasters are top notch. The way the wings move along with the cockpit is very cool. It was a fun build watching it come together. It is a very sturdy ship.
The minifigs are excellent. This new Boba Fett is way better than the original. His helmet, details on his armor, gun, and real face are really well done. Bossk is pretty cool as another Bounty Hunter. His yellow flight suit is quite stunning. Finally, Han Solo is pretty cool. I love the block of carbonite and how he fits into it so perfectly. Empire is my favorite of all the movies, so I'm partial to all the sets from this movie. However, this set is wonderful and would be enjoyed by all fans of Star Wars!!
Pros:
Size of the ship
Ship is highly detailed and better than older versions
High Quality of minifigs including carbonite block
Set of clone trooper accessories (guns, helmet antennea, visor, etc)
Cons:
Stickers

" This smaller Star Wars vehicle is pretty good. I wouldn't say that it's great or even overly exciting. The black dressed Imperial pilot is a nice minifig as is R2-Q2. I especially like that the droid is mostly silver with some black. He is definitely the best part of this set. BUT, there is no space for him within the ship (as there is with the Jedi starfighters). You have to pop off his head and stick it on the ship where he would normally go. The turning wings are pretty cool. I would still recommend this set, especially for younger kids.
Pros:
Cool minifigs Pilot and R2-Q2
Wings that turn
Not that expensive
Nice little ship
Cons:
Stickers-especially the one that goes down the entire "nose" of the vehicle. I will admit that I like the Imperial Logo stickers, but those should be printed tiles and not stickers!!

" This is a great classic scene from the original Star Wars movie and this set recreates it wonderfully! I love the minifigs from this set. Luke, Obi Wan, C3PO, R2-D2, Sandtrooper, and the "patrol droid" (if you want to get technical). The landspeeder is very nice and looks a lot like the model from the movie. I would say that this is the best landspeeder Lego has made. It also has a little cargo section. The main characters all fit on the speeder, so it is accurate that way too!! Overall it is a great set!!
Pros:
Awesome classic minifigs of Luke, Obi Wan, R2, Sandtrooper, & 3PO
Best version of the landspeeder
Not too expensive for all that you receive
Cons:
3PO isn't metallic gold, more of a "sandy" color (afterall this set is based on Tattooine)

" I am a huge fan of the minifig series. Luckily, I have the complete set for all the series so far. I will rank my favorite minifigs from this set...Monkey Suit Guy is my favorite because it's such a clever idea. The mask fits perfectly over his face and you can still see his eyes. I also like the sweat beads that come down his face! Plus you get the banana. Next I like the rapper because he comes with his awesome boom box, cool black and gold hat, and a microphone. I also like his "chained wallet" jeans. I really like the Indian Chief. I think he's very well made and has the great headdress and spear. The Hula Girl is next because she's really cute. I like the flower in her hair and her maracas. The alien is cool because of his purple legs, torso, and ray gun. The rest of the figs are also very nice. However, I do think this set is the weakest of all the series. I would say that the pilot, race car driver, mummy, and space pirate are at the bottom of this series.
Pros:
Cool minifigs
Nice accessories especially boom box, samurai swords and helmet, bronze trophy, baseball bat, hats, etc.
Nice variety of figs
Cons:
Not knowing what figure you'll receive if ordered online.
Weakest set of figs compaired to the other series thus far

" I think the concept of the Minifig series is brilliant. I am very pleased to say that I have ALL the Minifigs from all the series. This set is really great. My favorite is the hockey player. The stick, puck, helmet, skates, and pads really add to realism of this figure. The Punk Rocker is next because of his guitar and mohawk. I had to get 3 Musketeers (got an extra painter to switch out one of the heads). Then the skater in this set is awesome. I like that he's got glasses and is wearing a hoody. His board is also nicely detailed. All the other figures are great as well. I feel the need to say that the Monster isn't as bad as alot of other reviewers think. I think he's really cute and very detailed. I especially like how the hair piece is made.
It takes some practice to feel the bags to determine which minifig is in it, but persistance will pay off. I try to find the accessories that differentiate each fig.
Pros:
Great set of minifigs
Nice variety of characters
Silver trophy to go with gold and bronze ones from earlier sets
Accessories for most of the figs
Cons:
Not knowing which one you are getting if purchased online
No extra accessories

" This is a nice set with the Rebel Hoth Troopers. You get 3 troopers and the pilot, Zev Senesca. I would have liked getting a different pilot since Zev comes with the snowspeeder from the Wampa Cave set. I also like that one of the troopers has the "stache" face. The vehicle is small, but Ok. It isn't the greatest accessory vehicle ever produced. I still really enjoy this set because the Hoth Rebel troopers are cool. This is the only scene in the original trilogy when the Empire dominates the rebels, so you need "blaster fodder" for the Imperial Hoth Trooper and AT-AT sets! :)
Pros:
Hoth Set
3 Rebel Troopers (1 with "stache")
Weapons and backpacks for figs.
Small Zamboni like vehicle
Cons:
Pilot that comes with Wampa Cave Set

" LEGO can never go wrong with Hoth based sets in my opinion. You get an AT-AT Driver, a Commander and 2 Snowtroopers. I was so psyched to get an AT-AT Driver and the Troopers. I really enjoy the snow speeder bike. This was a very easy set to build. The battle station/platform is just Ok. This set also comes with many weapons.
Pros:
Cool Hoth Based Theme
AT-AT Driver Minifig
AT-AT Commander (General Veers comes with the actual AT-AT set)
2 Snowtroopers
Snow Speeder Bike
Many guns to arm the troops
