" To be honest, I never really had my interest peaked with the Modular buildings until now. To me they were nice ideas but some of the early ones were mere husks of buildings (beautiful exterior and disappointing interiors). This set from the get go said buy me. I have a thing for Noire and it spoke to me. I picked it up as an early birthday present to me and I was amazed at all the thought put into it. I didn't have to supply a lot like the hotel with no beds or rooms. I am now on a quest to make a 1940s modular city to enact large arching plots because even though I am grown I do still find joy in making stories out of my set ups.
I will say the cookies were a nice touch but I may be replacing them with bottle pieces and making it a real bootleg operation. I do hope lego continues on this path of amazing detail work in the modulars. I have seen that the more recent modulars are headed on this path and will most likely be picking up the pet shop and perhaps the movie theatre as well. I am still on the edge for the resturant. I have plans now to make a ball room with big band and singer.

" Anyone who was raised with Lego and stumbled upon Minecraft have all come to the same conclusion. Lego Mincecraft should be made. In Minecraft you are literally in a Lego world that you have to survive in with many kinds of dangers. Now we can start to build a physical model of the world. My favorite part is the MicroCreeper. The detail put into this model is astounding. Also if you don't like the orientation of the model, it is completely modular. The caves can be placed in any orientation and the ground levels can be put on any of the cave systems. I have enjoyed this set to the fullest. "
