" The set is great. There are some problems like I have heard from others that Ecto-1 does not fit inside all the way. There are some pretty cool items and exclusives in this set. I like that the heads have 2 faces on them. I would say when it is closed that the fire pole makes no sense same with the bathroom and darkroom for photos.

" Great addition to the modular building collection. There could be improvement with the sliding ladder and the sliding of the barrel of candy/sweets from the barber shop to the pool hall. Plus having to take off the stairs might to move the barrel is a bit.

" It is a good addition to the modular building sets. I do not see the use of the car that much. I wish the building was art deco instead of the current one. The interior could have a bit more features. The outside has great detail.

" This is a great addition to the modular building sets. The building is the tallest of all them. It has 3 floors of details. I wish that they added Technic pieces to the elevator and a motor so the elevator could run my a switch. The outside has great detail.

" t has 2 great buildings in this set. The pet shop has a lot of details with the pets. Each building has 3 floors of fun. I wish the apartment building had better access to the sub-floor/basement area of the building. It could also use a bit more details on the second floor and third. The outside of the building details are great.

The outside of the building has great details. The inside has lots of fun features. It could use beds and a bathroom for the firefighters.

" It is a great building. There is lots of interesting features. I wish that the escalator had a way of using Technic products to move. Otherwise the product has 3 floors of fun plus the roof. The outside has plenty of detail work with Lego pieces.
