" The set was definitely not a waste of my money. While it was a bit too expensive for my taste, I did buy it as the set did catch my eye. I loved the attention to detail throughout the set and the hidden functions (especially the smuggling passageway). I found it was enjoyable to build and didn't actually take as long as I predicted. Note that I have put down it took me 9 hours, though I started late into the evening of one day and finished it a few hours into the next.
The building once completed is quite impressive, and fairly tall. Love the spacious detective's office, but Al's felt cramped and is hard to fit my hand in. The Highlander is a decent size with great detail and the snooker table is well made.
The minifigures included are decent figures; the policewoman can add to my ever-growing police force and the woman in red, snooker player, darts player, Al and Ace Brickman (the detective) add to my collection of civilians and business owners.
This is a set I would recommend to a friend. "
