They knocked it out of the park with this one!
The first moment I saw this modular, I'm going to be honest, I was very underwhelmed. It seemed to be a big clucky modular compared to what we got the last few years. The more I looked at it though, the more it grew on me. The fine detail on the donut shop, the amazing corner bricks, and the grandiosity of the police station itself actually really makes this one stand out from other years. I'm a modular collector and being a little sad about the bookshop from last year apart from being a beautiful design on it's own, I found it hard to fit in with the other modular buildings. This modular isn't a step up in quality to last years, but is definitely a step up in terms of detail and the value it adds to being together with other modular buildings. Absolutely worth it! The reason why I'm giving it a 4 though, is because of minor issues I personally have with the build such as the donut shop being pretty small and no actual way to access the apartment on the second floor.
