Amazing
" This is the best Lego set I have owned/built to date.
The build is a little tricky in places but not too bad and pretty straight forward overall with a bit of care and attention. But I don't think it is something for younger kids to attempt. It took me quite a few hours to complete but the time flew by as I enjoyed the build experience so much.
I love the overall look to the final build. The attention to detail is outstanding.
I love the extra information in the instruction booklet. The history of Harley-Davidson is great and I particularly liked the comments from the senior designer. I would like to read more from the designer(s) on how they tackled this project.
I think the hybrid System and Technic build works really well. The Technic gives the strength and stability and the System bricks giving the amazing aesthetic look. The designer definitely got the perfect balance between the two styles of elements.
There are loads of great features in this set including the engine detailing, unique double thickness rear wheel, fuel tank, seat and rear mudguard. But sometimes it is the little things and the use of the mini antenna as brake levers made me smile.
Overall I love this set and can't recommend it highly enough. I'm sure it will go down as one of the all time best Lego sets.
