Needs more for your money

" The set is pretty solid, what you see is what you get. No play features besides a hidden gun. You only get two new exclusive minifigures, which is disappointing, granted how many unique cool creatures are in the actual scene from the movie. I would have loved to see this set for $80, which would give us a larger outpost and more minifigures.

You also have to get the other sets to make the scene complete in my opinion. The best lego sets are able to stand alone, but this one makes me feel that you also need the Millennium Falcon to ge finn and rey's speeder for the unkarr thug minifigure. "

UCS Mess

" I do appreciate the designer. They are great. I guess the real weight is the 100% disappointment of the reveil after coming off the UCS Tie Fighter and UCS Slave 1. There was such a big hype and not enough delivery.
Especially for that UCS Seal.

The play experience is very poor since there is little to no imperials to fight. The AT-AT set came out in last year and is no longer in most stores to buy. Therefore you can't add them together to make it be a real," Assault on Hoth." The designers could've at least added a new updated AT-ST since we haven't had one of the most iconic star wars vehicles in ages.

Value for you money isn't on parr either. I think there is too much detail on the trenches with the small cheese slope pieces and those parts, from the art count, could've been used for more of the base. If you want a real rebel base, you are only buying the blast doors since there is no interior.

Lastly, the minifigures don't go the extra mile for the price. The one astromech droid is solid, but it is disappointing that they couldn't even include Han Solo and Princess Leia. A really nice UCS General Veirs would've been outstanding as well. I think having a snow han,luke, and leia would've been great for collectors to have with endor han, luke, and leia from the Ewok Village set. "
