Hot Dog on Wheels
" There was a time when i hated Friends.
When the series came out i thought they where just silly.
But as time has gone on, i have done a 180 and now i love them.
After Modular and Superheroes it's Friends.
So when i saw this set i had to have it.
It's a small set, but it adds character to your city far above it's weight.
The build is fast and easy, but when it all comes togheter it's a great set, actually looks larger then i thought it would.
If you are working on a ammusementpark, or just want a fast food joint it's great.
I hope we see more of the hot dog buns, great looking peices.
There are 3 cons i can think of.
The counter is very high, i mean it's at headgight for the dolls, not sure they would actually reach the dogs.
Same with the chairs, they almost need a ladder themselfs.
And worst, the stickers.
But i supose if it wasent for them the price would be higher, so....
But despite those minor flaws i say, great set.
I would highly recomend it.
One addition i would make, a trailer to stack all the extra stuff for transport.
:)

The City Bank
" I belive this is my first Lego review.
But, here goes.
The latest in the series of modular buildings.
I have to say, it is a great set.
Built up it looks amazing.
Of the bow 5 buildings i have built i belive this is the one that has the most advanced building technices involved.
You also clearly see a evolution in the buildings.
They have become more detailed and advanced over the years.
The biggest upside of this building is the many small details and beutiful fasad.
The vault door is a great little detail. :)
However, there is, at least for me one huge drawback.
It's the small size of the vault itself.
It may be the size of my hands.
But i cant actually reach anything inside it.
It's so small i cant open the lockers in it, or get the goldbar.
For me there would be needed som way of opening the back wall to really use the vault.
A small detail maybe, and i realise for the most part these sets are not designed from a play standpoint, but it does annoy me a bit.
I can also understand what those mean that says the modular buildings has shrunk over the years.
Standing next to the City Hall and the Grand Emporium, it looks tiny.
But i think this is offset by the much higher level of detail then the older buildings.
I absolutley think it's a must buy for any Lego City.
It's a great and very beutiful building and well value for money with it's brickcount.
