A nice little set
" This is a lovely little set and almost perfect for the Star Wars fan who wants to display some models, but who does not have a lot of room.
The Minifigs are charming, although the absence of R2D2 seems incongruous given the context of the set. The moulding of the Sand Person's head is excellent, but the subtle printing of colour on C3PO's leg is possibly too subtle to notice.
The set goes together quite well, it looks great when finished and placed on a small stand to give it the appearance of flight. However, the stickers do seem to lack the usual Lego quality. Despite applying with Tweezers rather than fingers, the sticker on the right hand nacelle does keep peeling off. To my mind, the use of printed parts would have been better, especially as applying stickers can be difficult. On this occasion, the stickers feel slightly too thick, which makes them too stiff to sit well on the curved surface. Thinner stickers might have worked better, but would have been too fragile to place easily. This is a compromise that printed bricks would have negated.
Overall, I do like this set and other than a couple of minor issues, would recommend it. If you do buy it though, you will need to source an R2 unit separately. "

Great set
" I have always loved the Snow Speeder ship, but knew that I had nowhere to display the UCS model. So when I saw this smaller model available, in an unusual colour variant, I could not resist buying it.
The build is simple and great fun, the shapes made by the addition of a couple of simple Technic pieces are inspired and when complete the set is beautiful. I added a display stand made from a technic beam and large dish just to finish it off.
The Minifigs are excellent and both have some excellent printing on the helmet and torso. I really like how well both Minifigs fit into the ship, despite the small amount of space inside.
My only complaint is as always, the application of stickers, which as a disabled adult, I find difficult. Trying to move them if the attach in the wrong place is very hard and can easily damage the sticker.
Overall, this is a very pretty and easily displayable set. The ship looks great, the shapes are just right and the colours are well chosen. The addition of shooting elements just adds even more fun for younger builders. For play though, the technic elements that hold the wings on do seem to become loose very quickly and the wings are not well secured, which does make them easily detachable.
The addition of a display stand, like the one I made would make this set perfect for adults who like me want to have the model on display. However, this set is clearly designed for play rather than display, even though it does look fabulous built into a diorama. "

Very pretty set
" As an adult fan of Lego, who collects Star Wars models for display, this one was unmissable. With a mixture of white and blue pieces, the top of the ship is very pretty, even the sides are pretty and the additional escape pod on the front is well thought out, although the Minifigs do not quite fit inside it.
The Minifigs provided are excellent, with Chewbacca looking better than he ever has before. Lando and his cape looks awesome and the droids are OK, although I would have preferred L3-37 as a minifig, rather than either of the droids supplied.
The construction of the set is excellent, the chassis is very strong which makes it great for play (if you like that sort of thing), but be warned adult collectors, you will need a bigger than normal display case because this set is even bigger than the Ghost set (75053), which I wanted to pair my Falcon with.
Things I would change are very few, I would like to see lighting inside the ship for display and I swapped the landing legs for 5x3 90degree beams to raise it up slightly, again for display purposes. However, this one is clearly designed for play rather than display and as such the bottom does look a little unfinished. As a disabled adult, I find the placing of stickers difficult and would have preferred printed pieces instead, maybe this is something that Lego could consider in future sets?
Overall, this is a great set. The construction is enjoyable and the time taken just seems to whizz by because it is such an absorbing build. The use of Technic elements makes the ship very strong and introduces some advanced concepts for younger builders. "
