Carbon-Freezing Chamber

"You're Being Put Into Carbon Freeze."

" When I heard that LEGO was going to release a set based off the scene where Han Solo is frozen in carbonite, I was very excited! LEGO hasn't put out a set related to the Cloud City scenes in Episode V since 2003, excluding the Slave I's and Cloud Cars. The scene this set is based off of is one of my personal favorites in all of Star Wars, and to get a LEGO set based off of it is great!

The Minifigures:

-Han Solo: This variant of Han Solo has dark brown pants, his white shirt, and a double sided head piece (worried and his carbonite face), this variant is movie accurate to the scene, and is very necessary to the set. 9/10.

-Boba Fett: This variant of Boba is new to this set, he has more detailed printing, and his shoulder cape has a design on it, which is very cool. Boba is one of the more popular characters in Star Wars, and it is great to get him in this set. 9/10.

-Ugnaught: The ugnaught minifigure is exclusive to this set, and this is the only way to get him as of now. He has a new molded head, and detailed printing on his torso. 10/10.

The Set:

The carbon freezing chamber itself is great. The colors of orange, grey, and black look very nice together, and it looks accurate to the movie. 8/10.

Complaints:

As great as this set is, I do have a couple complaints about it. First off, there's a lever that you pull to lower the victim to be frozen in carbonite, when you pull it, instead of lowering them straight down like the film, it lowers them backwards, which to me is disappointing. Second, I really wanted to see some arm printings on Boba, it doesn't hurt the set in any way, but it is just something I would want to see.

Overview:

Despite those complaints, I am happy with this set, I recommend this set to fans of the Lego Star Wars line, or fans of Star Wars in general.

It's a good game, but it's flawed.

" Lego Dimensions is a good game in my opinion, I have hours of fun playing it, and it is challenging more than any other past Lego game I've played. The story for Lego Dimensions is that Lord Vortax (or something like that) is trying to collide different Lego worlds such as The Simpsons, Wizard of Oz, DC Superheroes, Doctor Who, and more together, which leads to ultimate power for him. Wyldstyle from The Lego Movie, Gandalf from Lord of the Rings, and Batman from DC Superheroes team up and try to stop him from taking over the world. The imagination in this is amazing, you have different figures from different worlds coming together and it's a lot of fun, I don't think you'll ever see Homer Simpson coming out of a portal from the sky on a wrecking ball to destroy an obstacle in the world of Portal 2 with Gandalf watching ever again. I have a lot of fun playing this game, but I have two problems with it.

1: While I was playing this game, I found it extremely glitchy, I mean, I was playing multiple levels, and it would often stop, things wouldn't work, and the only way I could fix it was to pull the plug, which damages the PS3 if you don't manually shut it down. I don't know if it's my game, my console, or what, just thought I'd say so.

2.: You can transport characters into the game by placing a character on the toy pad, this is fun and all, but to get minikits, you need to buy the figures from the store, and they aren't cheap. You can "Hire a Hero" , which is a good feature, but it costs a lot of studs in the game, and you have him/her for 30 seconds. I am not a fan of this, because it would cost a lot of money to get 100% on the game.

Other than those two complaints, this is a fun game, and will leave you with hours of fun. "

Jabba’s Sail Barge™

Good, not great...

" One of the main reasons I bought this set was to complete my LEGO jabba collection 2012-2013, this set is pricey, and I would buy it if you had the same reasons as me, or a return of the Jedi fan.

The minifigures:

Jabba the Hutt: This is still the same jabba that came in Jabbas palace, he is a 3 piece build, and can turn his head in a 360 degree angle, and has movable arms, this guy doesn't do much, other sit in his palace and watch victims get eaten, but he is pretty good. 7/10.

Slave leia: This is the 3rd version of this enslaved princess, for return of the Jedi fans, she is a must have in your collection, she has a new hair piece that goes around her neck chain (points to LEGO) has her 2011 reversible head, and front and back printing that is amazing, she is one of the reasons you might want this set. 10/10

R2-D2: Much like princess leia, R2 was enslaved, and forced to serve drinks, he is nothing too special, but a great touch to this set. 7/10.

Max Rebo: Max is the little blue alien that entertain members on the barge with his music, his body is entirely blue, ans has an elephant like large blue mold, I feel like he will a LEGO collectors item as this is probably the only set he will be in. 8/10

Ree-Yees: I don't know what exactly to say about this three eyed guy, he carries an average star wars blaster, has a very unique head mold, and good printing. 7/10

Weequay: He is the guard of jabbas barge, he comes with a spear ax thing, and excellent printing, I feel thing he was mixed up with this set and the desert skiff, because he is the one who pushed Luke off the skiff. 9/10.

For this next part of the review, I will split the sail barge into 2 parts the deck, and the inside.

The Deck: In my opinion the deck is small, but it still is good, the canon can be a bit confusing, because it has flick fire missiles, but the canon should not fire flick fire, also the shade flags, are too lowered, and super obnoxious during play. 5/10

The inside: starting from the canon to the Max Rebo area, the canon feature is really nice, it fires like a pirate ship canon, and has four pieces of ammo, the prison is a nice touch, if you were to make up your own adventure it could come in handy, the kitchen defiantly needs to be here, because Jabba loves food, the food includes a turkey leg, a fish, and a blue bubbly thing, also a grill is included, Max Rebo area, this is an iconic Jabba material, it spins around, and fits Max well. 9/10.

Overall, this set is pretty good, it is not a must have, I would recommend this if you love return of the Jedi, and have purchased the desert skiff.

Kashyyyk Troopers™

get it for the figs!!!

" Like the title suggests, this is a LEGO star wars battle pack most people buy for the mini figures, the set isn't bad, in opinion, its quite good, and your average battle pack set.

kashyyyk troopers: so far, these are the only kashyyyk troopers in stores, they are highly detailed, and look like they where pulled out of revenge of the sith. I absolutely recommend this set just for them. 10/10.

swamp vehicle: this personally is a mini version of a star wars set that was released around 2010, that doesn't mean it is bad, in opinion its kinda cool to see that, this speeder has enough room for two troopers,
and two blasters, it is very mobile on a common household carpet, this is a really good speeder, and is perfect for revenge of the sith fans. 8/10

weaponry: In 2014 LEGO made new blasters that actually fire 1x1 studs, I personally think it is cool, but the problem is the studs can get lost easily, so it is a good thing LEGO but in six, (seven counting the extra piece) back up studs. 7/10

the main reason I would get this set is because of the troopers, the 2005 version of the troopers are one of the rarest star wars mini figures as I type this now. Gift wise, this would be good for your sons friends birthday party, a cousin, a nephew, or if you or someone just wanted it. Overall, buy it if you like revenge of the sith, or just cool and detailed mini figures

Batman ™: The Penguin Face off

One of the best Batman sets yet.

" This is a really good set, I think it is worth it all the way. If you are a Batman/ super heroes fan, buy it.

Batman: This is a new variant of the dark knight, he is in his scuba gear, and is really cool, he has new face and torso printings, and the blue batman mask is a new mold compared to the bat cave/ fun house escape. The only problem is that his flippers are bulky, and with them on he cant fit on right on his vehicle. 9/10

The Penguin: This is a new version of the penguin, in this one he has a fur coat, grey short legs, a black umbrella, and a remote. 10/10

Robot Penguins: This is the newest version of the penguins , they have antennas on their head, and dynamite, I wish they had guns instead, but they are still cool. 8/10

Iceberg thing: this is kind of pointless in this set, it is a 9 piece build, and is probably good to show off the diamond, and a background piece. 6/10

The Duck: This is the reason I bought This set, I personally believe it is based off of the 1992 film Batman Returns, I don't know what to say, except that is the eye candy of the set. 10/10.

Batmans vehicle: This is a nice design for a batman vehicle, it holds the harpoon well, and has a printed batman piece. 8/10

This is a great set, Batman Returns fans will love it, super heroes fans will enjoy it, but it is worth buying for the penguin and his duck vehicle.
Overall this set gets an 8.5/10 from me. "

Batman ™: Man-Bat Attack

good set

" This is a really good set to buy, you get 2 exclusive mini figures and new vehicles, this is not the best $20 set of all time, but worth it.

Batman : This is the normal Batman that you get in the majority of the DC Universe Lego sets, he is good in all. 8/10

Nightwing: It has been 8 years since he was released, so is one of the main reasons why I bought this set, I am not a huge fan of the red nightwing, but this is the reason a collector may buy this set, but the biggest problem I have with him, is where are his stick things he uses? It would have so easy to give him two sith lightsaber blades. 8/10.

Man-bat: I was a bit disappointed by this minifigure, It is not terrible, but could have been way better, his printing is good, but i wish he had leg printings, like the werewolf type of printing with ripped pants. 7/10

Nightwings glider thing: This is second Nightwing vehicle next to his nightcycle, There is no way to stand this up right, and the sticker appears to be upside down, overall good, and highly recommended for nightwing fans. 8/10

Batcopter: this is the main course of the set, this vehicle has flick fire missiles, and a search light, has wheels on the bottom, and two spinning propellers. 9/10.

Again, not the best set ever, but still good.

Bad Cop's Pursuit

Epic Set!!

" When I bought this set, and built it, the things that stood out was Bad Cop/ Good Cops mini figure, gun, and his flying car. It is a basic $30 chase or escape set, but, it is still pretty cool for what it is.

Emmet: This is the regular emmet that you would get in 5/6 of the LEGO Movie sets, he is okay, comes with the piece of resistance: 7/10

Bap Cop: This is one of the reasons to buy this set, this is the only way to get him with this face, comes with a cool gun, that shoots!!! 10/10

Robo Gators: The LEGO alligators are becoming rarer and rarer now a days, this is the common dark green alligators, nothing too special, but still good 7/10

Derailed Train Tracks: LEGO fans who enjoy levers, and peril sets will enjoy this part, this is not the main course of the set, but makes a good background build for collectors. 8/10

Bad Cops flying car: This is the second main reason to buy this set , kids will enjoy it, and so will collectors, the guns are hidden well, and actually comes with storage for his gun. 10/10

This is one of those sets that people would buy for rare printings, and pieces. This is excellent for birthday presents.

Overall, Bad Cops Pursuit gets an 8.5/10 "

LEGO® Minifigures - The LEGO Movie Series

Lego movie minifigures!

" I started to collect this series about 2 weeks from when I am writing this, I have 7 minifigures and 1 repeat, I will only be writing about the ones I have.

Scribble face bap-cop: This is the cheapest way to get him, in the movie I think his good cop face gets erased, and he draws himself a new one, he is played by Liam Nesson in the movie and comes with hand cuffs and a phone, the scribble face is sorta freaky, so I rate him with a 8/10.

Taco Tuesday guy: People think he is a copy of the maraca man from series 2, but with the new printings (like the bowl and hat colors) I think he may be a bad guy, or tricked since taco Tuesday is a scam, I think he should deserve a well 7.5/10.

Wiley Fusebot: Out of all the minifigures I got, he is my least favorite, he is not bad, but just not my favorite, he comes with a new pioneer hat with a raccoon tail on it, a classical piston and dynamite, printing is good, but the hip printing doesn't match well with the leg printing. 6.5/10

President business: He is played by Will Ferrell in the movie, so I think that is cool, he comes with this bizarre hair piece and an octan mug, I think it is cool to get him, since he is the main villain in the film. 8.5/10

Larry the barista: This is the one I got doubles in, he comes with 2 new pieces, his hair and the coffee cup. I think he collectible to get, but he is good also for Lego city collectors. 8/10

Hard hat Emmet: This is one of my favorites in the series, he comes with a new hard hat with hair piece and one of the best Emmet faces so far. Some people are confused on the printed 1x2 brick he has, but that guy that is getting eaten by the shark and smiling, that writing beside it says "Always Be Happy." 10/10

Wild west Wyldstyle: Last but not least, she is the second main character in the film, and dressed in wild west clothes, this is a new face for her, because it does not have a second face. She has a black fan, and unique printing 9/10

Overall this is one of the best minifigure series to date, my favorites: best to worst:

Cloud Cuckoo Palace

NOT A GIRLS SET

" Not a lot of people may add this to their LEGO collection because they think that it is for Girls. I am here to tell you that it is not.

The figures: This set includes 5 figures (I say figures because of unikitty and the snail.)

Emmet: This is the only variant of Emmet with a special face, he comes with a tracking device and the piece of resistance, he is detailed and the main character in the upcoming film The LEGO movie. 9.5/10

Wyldstyle: This is one of two ways to obtain this version of Wyldstyle, and the cheapest, she is highly detailed, she even has foot printing!!!
Also, she comes with two new pieces, her hood and hairpiece. 10/10

Executron: This is the only way to get Executron in the LEGO movie sets, the only new pieces are the printing on his face and torso. My only problem with him is that he seems too normal. 7/10

Unikitty: I personally think the unikitties in these sets are going to become rare collectors items, but that is just me, anyway, unikitty has detailed pieces and a very unique tail piece. The only bad thing is that her head is very loose. 8.5/10

The snail: I will say the snail is a nice figure to get, but not the best, I'm not saying that it is bad, but it is just kind of average. 7/10

The set: The set itself is very nice the features, color and new pieces are awesome to collect. also I would like to point out that this is where the master builders are at.

Boba Fett + LEGO keychain = :]

" I got this keychain a while back when I was starting to collect star wars Legos.
I find the LEGO key chains to be average, but, for this one, its all good.
One thing I epically like about this keychain is that the classic Boba Fett is in it.
I would recommend this product to younger collectors,
This would also make a nice stocking stuffer in my opinion for star wars fans. "
