"I had to go to three target stores until i found this, with only 2 in stock. Obviously, I really wanted this set.
Play Features: -You can flip the wings into an X-formation using an obvious turning mechanism with blue rubber bands and a couple technic gears. -Open the cockpit to reveal seating for Poe and a compartment to store his blaster -Built in stand -Flick missiles on the wing -Flip missiles on the underside
Minifigures: -Poe Dameron: Fantastic helmet and detailed body and leg piece similar to rebel pilot's. His face is also distinct from regular pilots and has decent expression. 8/10 -BB-8: Cool droid, only downside is the bottom connector. 7/10 -Resistance X-Wing Pilot: Great pilot if you have any other lego x-wing sets! 8/10 -Resistance Ground Crew: Odd choice but cool exclusive minifigure, something new from lego. 7/10
Money Value: A little expensive for its piece count but with the play value involved it is worth it. The only reason it is 80 dollars but not 70 is the two exclusive minifigures: Poe and BB-8.
Pros: -Cool play features -Exclusive minifigures -Awesome color scheme -Missile mechanisms -Built in stand (a little dinky)
Cons: -Some say the wings are not movie accurate, but that doesn't take anything away from the actual set play -Obvious wing mechanism"

Great play value!
"I just got back into LEGO sets, and looked into buying this set.
Play: This set has an excellent play value! I have set this set up as an imperial base for sith such as Darth Vader, Darth Sidious, Darth Maul, and Count Dooku, working perfect for lightsaber duels and final battles. The whole set can be switched in different positions depending on your scene. A couple switches around the set move the minifigures and pop out areas of the set, acting like a force move. One of the best parts is the little sliding door in the entrance as well.
Money Value: The money value of this set also is very well, as the piece count matches the price tag well, and the play and flexibility of setting and play contribute to the value this set holds. I am sure this set will be very expensive in the future and will be a rare and loved item.
Minifigures: This set has 5 minifigures 2 Royal Guards - Cool minifigures overall, especially the mask. Luke Skywalker - A cool new torso without the fold and the double-sided face, angry and happy. Darth Vader - A brand new redesign with a two piece helmet helps cover the normal face of Darth Vader and gives the helmet more space, giving it the title of best Darth Vader minifigure ever! Emperor Palpatine - Creepy and wrinkly face helps add to the scary aura of this infamous villain, with the force lightning weapon.
Pros: -Cool minifigures -Switchable play features -Modifiable set -Perfect retelling -Sliding door
