" This was one I was waiting for, the only Marvel set I was interested in since all the others are just Avengers over and over again.
We need more X-Men sets, it's shameful that even agents of shield is getting full sets and X-Men isn't

" This is the most expensive set i've ever bought. It's also my first UCS set.
The build was great, probably the most fun i've had. The mechanism for the wings is just Genius and very sturdy.
My only complaint... Stickers, more specifically the Cockpit Windshield stickers.
Stickers are bad enough to get right, but transparent stickers are awful. They always end up foggy or with fingerprints. I haven't put mine on yet as i don't want to ruin the aestetic of it.
Other than that it's a Perfect set.

Great little starship
" I love these little starships, they are great for display for adult fans of Lego and a great size for kids and teens to swoosh about.
A good thing about this particulare ship is that if you switch out the red pieces for another colour you have a different Jedi's version.
Only fault is the price. £10 is steep for what you get.
Looking forward to the Snowspeeder later in the year.
(It'd be wonderful if there were some more Midi-scale ships as these dogfighter crafts match perfectly with the Millenium Falcon scale crafts)

Best of the Marvel sets!!
" Brilliant set...
Pros:
Vehicles - the Helicopter is excellent, it has a really solid build, easy access (via removal of roofs) to the cockpit and troop transport aread, the rotor is very stable and the blades too are quite solid and very playable.
The Colour is ace too, a blood red that looks great.

The Motorcycle is also very cool, more maneuverable than Captain America's one.
Minifigures: Magneto 10/10, Deadpool 10/10 and Wolverine 8/10 are all excellent i love them to pieces. Both Magneto and Wolverine have double sided heads with alternate expressions. I love Magneto's helmet.
All the iggures are very Comic accurate.
Cons:
The only cons is the Wolverine minifigure which lacks his mask and he holds the claws, i feel it would have been better for them to slide onto the hand peg and plug into the arm so it appears they are on his forehand rather than in his hands

A Return to Midi-Scale??
" I just bought this set from my local toy store which had just gotten in the whole opening 2012 range (it was Heaven).
The only reason i bought this was to compliment my Midi-Scale Millenium Falcon (7778), in that capacity it works brilliantly as the scale seems about right for these Imperial dogs to dogfight Han's Ship.
The building was fun (and over quickly), the Figure is pretty cool (comes with a face) as is the nameplate plaque.
I do like this set, but the price is too much in my opinion, previous battlepacks that contain four figures were £9.99 which means the figure is worth £2.50, the ship is only really worth £4.99 at most as that is the rate of the Creator sets which can be rebuilt three times, so this should've been around £7-8 not £10
The "Death Star" is just a frivolous piece of plastic thrown in for some unknown reason, once you've emptied the ship and minifigure parts from it it's virtually useless, you can hang it up if you like but even though that is shown in the instructions it doesn't come with any string to do so.
I hope this is a return to the Lego Midi-Scale, i have the Star Destroyer and Millenium Falcon and some of the promotional ships like the X-Wing, but this feels like it's more the right scale for that line.
Hope we get some bigger Midi-Scale ships in the future.

Fantastic Superhero Set
" This is my first set from the SuperHeroes lines and it is a great one (also first review on here)
The minifigs are fantastic and very detailed, i liked Wonder Woman especially even though i bought the set for Superman and LL and didn't care for getting her. The Power Armour could easily appear in a comic, it just seems like something Lex Luthor would make and use.
The set itself is very well built, having previously bought the Power Miners Crystal King (8962) i can't help but compare the design. The Power Armour is much more sturdy and durable than the Crystal King, the legs joints are on a ratchet system that has good articulation and security, the fingers are much better and secure as well & the "ankle" joints and more maneuverable.
The Kryptonite gun is ace and houses a dark green Trans Kryptonite Crystal in a see-through chamber to great effect, and fits securely in the arm and hand so it doesn't fall off.
There is a great selection of Green, Trans-Green and Purple Pieces in the set, which would be great for those making their own creations
The cockpit and gun arm are the only areas of the Power Armour that could be improved, the cockpit is great except that on the sides there are open areas which detract from good design as it doesn't secure his safety from enemies, i had the same concern with the Star Wars Freeco Speeder. The gun is fantastic as i said and the way it connects is again great but with the unbalanced weight the arm can dip and fall down, so in order for it to stay in a good aiming position, you'd need to find the sweetspot for it to stay up. Not really worthy of a con placement, but i'd have like the yellow 'S' on the back of Supermans' cape

- Beautiful Green & Purple Colour Scheme (could easily become a Riddler vehicle)

This is a fantastic set, i consider it great for AFOL as it can be posed for some great Diorama scenes and for kids I'd say 6-7 years up and good for play as it's quite sturdy without many 'loose' piece to come off too easily.
