This set makes me Happy to be a Star Wars Fan
" What an amazing set. I don't really know anything about the freemaker series, but this set seemed to cool to pass over. The price is below ten cents per piece which is phenomenal, especially for a Lego Star Wars set.
As for the minifigures, Narre is a new character with really cool printing on both of her faces. She seems to be a very dynamic character, which allows for a lot of really cool play. Dengar is such a great addition to this set. He has great detail, really nice printing and is an iconic character in Star Wars.
The two builds in the set where also very fun to build. Dengar's speeder looks amazing. It looks substantial and strong and has a nice spot for Dengar's gun. When it comes down to the eclipse starfighter, I cannot say enough good things about it. When in landing mode, it feels so natural in the star wars universe. It looks a lot like the nubian ship that explodes in the beginning scene of episode II. It just feels like Star Wars. The action feature of folding it back to expose the missiles is a great function as well. The eclipse star fighter makes this an amazing set, and I would highly recommend it to any Star Wars, or even just space ship fans. "

It's so small...
" When I saw this set announced, I thought that the mini figures looked amazing. After building them and having them in my hands, Teedo surprised me by being my favorite. The detail on his head mold is just amazing. Rey and bb8 are great additions to the set. Unkar Plutt is very authentic to the movie. That being said, the set itself was somewhat of a disappointment.
$60 for 530 pieces is better than a lot of the other sets in the Lego Star Wars line. The price is fine, considering that there are 3 full sized figures, 2 of which have exclusive molds and prints. The problem is that the majority of the pieces are only stud sized or slightly bigger. The final build ends up being a really small toy. The lugga beast is a great size, slightly off color but it's a fun build and fun to play with. But Unkar's hut just doesn't feel like it's enough. It's too small and only really has 2 features, the folding part and the hidden gun.
On paper this set sounds like a really good Star Wars set, but it is just so lack luster in size. Again, the minifigures are really great (although Finn would've been a good addition) and are great to re-enact some of the scenes from the movie. The lugga beast is a fun build and there are a decent amount of things you can do with it play/display wise. I really want to love this set, but Unkar's hut is where this set truly falls apart. It is simply too small which is due in part to the lugga beast using up so many small pieces. I would recommend getting this set when it goes on sale. "

Great Figure for a Now Iconic Character
" Rey has become one of Star Wars' many iconic figure. Although I really wish that this figure had Rey's hair and not her headdress, but they did the headdress right. The face itself looks good, and it feels right.
As for the body of Rey, she comes with a built in action feature which, for kids, is fun. It works well with the staff if she uses it in only one hand. If she is holding the staff in both hands, she cannot use the action feature. The fabric piece is well shaped and looks good on the figure.
The only complaint I have with this set is that the arms sometimes fall off due to the way its built. That being said, it is a very fun figure and I would recommend it. "
