"This set was very enjoyable. I got it in September 2013 and was looking forward to it two months in advance. The price was a little too much but it was still a good set. The build was fun though it did not take too long. I loved the new landing gear they put on the plane. The huge size was the main reason I got the set because it is the closest in size to 7893. I loved the twelve gold pieces and the octan tanker which was a very good addition. Overall, this set was one of my favorite city sets."
"I liked this train because of the nice design. I got this set in May 2014 when it was new. One major disappointment was that the center car only had 4 seats, I was really hoping for 6. When I got it, I had to chose between this one and the 2010 passenger train, I chose this one because of design. The level crossing looked good The front of the train was unstable due to the large front, it lacked a good building experience. Overall, I don't regret it because the power functions it comes with are very useful."
"This was my first modular building set. I think it had the best price of any modular currently in release. The roof had many cool pieces and a lovely new design to it. I loved the contrast of the blue and white. The olive green bricks looked great. My favorite part was the kitchen because it came with many beautiful food pieces. The stove and island was amazing. The tile floor was also beautiful. One thing that I wish was changed was that the chains and flower pots were done differently to make it more stable."
"This is generally the best set I have gotten this year. It had beautiful colors, great mini toys, and an amazing look to it. The $100 price is justified because of the tracks are worth about $26. I am still puzzled about the smaller wheel of the large red train wheels. Overall, this set was worth getting on it's release date and definitely didn't let me down."
"I got this set for an addition to my lego town. It did look very nice on the outside but the inside did have some issues in my opinion. I disliked how the wall between the bank and the laundromat did not go up to the wall level. It also bothered me how the door on the first floor that separated the vault from the center did not go up. I also have a general problem with baseplates and how the sidewalk is elevated due to the baseplate being in the box. I believe baseplates should be made of a more dense plastic to stop this effect. Overall I still believe it is a great addition to my city but has a few places to improve on"
"I enjoyed this set quite a bit. This was my first modern city helicopter and was a quite elaborate build. The hook and string caused some trouble but it was a beautiful set when completed. I loved the drill, because it worked so well. The treaded vehicle also did it's job very well as of picking up lava boulders. The helicopter was very well proportioned making it look very realistic. I enjoyed this set"
"I loved everything about this set. It had so much packed into 364 parts. The size of the plane was great even though it looked a little outlandish lengthwise. I loved the limo's wheels and also the amount of detail found across this set. The only thing I would want to be changed was for the limo to house another seat like in set 3222 and the plane to be a little longer. Thank you for making this set."
"I loved nearly everything about this set. It had a very nice layout and loved how the ground to the water area. It was not too hard to carry it around. The minifigures are awesome, especially the cow and sheep. It was a beautiful set."
"I liked the set a lot. It was small and wasn't too expensive. I loved how with less than 150 bricks, you can make such a large airplane. I also though the small truck is a very good addon in a small set like this. The large jet engines did look a little outlandish but I loved how much space was in the plane for cargo."
