Fun build - impressive gearing detail
" I got this as a gift and had seen it but wasn't overly impressed online so never bought it. It was a surprisingly fun and detailed build! The engine has virtually no real detail to it, but the transfer casing and transmission components more than make up for it. Solid build and sturdy once complete, this one can actually be played with. I actually removed the roof storage and side components, I rather like the cleaner look. My only complain, as is with nearly all the kits these days are the reliance on decals for detail. Would really love to see more printed bricks- I know it is possible and honestly I think it is worth a reasonable increase in kit price.
Still a great build and has a bold look. Would love to see a relationship with Chrysler for a solid Jeep Renegade! "

Great Concept, but major design flaw!
" Bought this off Amazon since Lego was out of stock and should have read the reviews first. It is a well thought out kit, accurate and nice details but clearly nobody in R&D actually put it to the test of actually checking it for being watertight. It shouldn't be advertised as "actually floats" when it is "Actually sinks". I remember as a kid having true waterproof models from Lego that i very much enjoyed. Wouldn't be hard to fix the mold, but should be done in order to give this the credit that it deserves as a cool kit. "
