Looks Good But is Pretty Much A Display Model
" This set mostly looks good and is definitely very recognizable, But I think it needs some more playability and a bit more interesting of a build. Really its only features are a removable second decker and roof, a sliding driver's windowpane opening hood revealing a not very detailed engine, and turning wheels the are quite hard to pull into a turn. It also seems like the build is repetitive and dull. I mean, who wants to build 30 identical seats? On the up side, It seems very detailed for it's scale and looks good everywhere but the front end. The front end is a lumpy, wrong-sized disaster. Other than that, it looks great (extra points for the "High tea requires quality biscuits" ads on the side with pictures of lego Oreos)! If you are looking for a good display model, then this is the set for you. "

Totally Awesome!
" This is definitely one of the best lego technic sets ever. It is highly detailed, fun to build, has a good gearbox, and has a good price per piece despite it's hefty $350 price tag! Really my only major complaint is that the suspension is way too weak to hold the car up and the front drags on the ground whenever you forget to pull the car upwards constantly. But other than that and a few weakly attached , flimsy front end pieces and the constantly popping off hoses that encircle the doors, this seems like a great set! The paddle gearshift makes a hard-to-see difference in the engine speed, but it's great to see that it is making a difference and the clutches never, ever go CLICKCLICKCLICKCLICKCLICK like the GT3's or the Land Rover's do. However, it would be nice to have a labeled D-N-R selector. It also would be nice to not have to insert the speed key every time you want to change the position of the rear spoiler. If you're looking for a great display model with decent playability and have lots of money on hand, then this is the set for you! "

Excellent But Severely Underpowered
" It's great to see that lego came out with a licensed RC of this size and coolness. It is a fun build, a great end result, and it has a 3-speed gearbox! It also has a huge size for it's price and piece count. But it is really disappointing to see that it has half the power needed for the driving and the dumping function. The driving is very weak despite the XL motor, and I can rarely get it to dump at all. When you add that to the unpredictable faultiness of the app, it turns out that it's a 4 star set instead of a 5 star one. I think it needs double the power it's got. However, all the other functions work flawlessly! It has a very cool and realistic engine that even sounds a bit like the real thing, a unique articulation system that is not underpowered at all, a unique opening hood, and a realistic cockpit with a very stiff working steering wheel. It also has a good price-per-piece compared to most other Control+ sets. If you are looking for a cool, licensed, fairly affordable RC with Control+, then this is the set for you. "

Pretty Good For $50
" This seems like a pretty good set for $50. It's got lots of fairly well-working and inventive features such as steering with a surprisingly awful turning radius, Folding rear seat, spare tire/wheel that is interchangeable with the model's wheels, opening hood, side doors that screw up the side mirror's position every time they are opened, a mostly decorative winch, and oscillating axle suspension, front and rear. As usual with a technic vehicle of this style, the wheels are huge and the body is jacked up. My complaints about this set are: 1: the engine is just a flat brick and a sticker that says "Jeep V6" on it. This sucks. 2: the model's color is not smooth. The front and rear bumpers and the roof rack are a mixture of dark gray, pale gray, and black. All over the model, orange and blue can be seen when looked at closely. It would be great if this were not the case. And 3: The rear suspension is way too stiff and has very little travel, and the front suspension is freely oscillating and has double the travel of the rear suspension. And, quite a bit of interior bits can be seen in-between the wheels and the wheel wells. The giant black spot on the box where this would be seen on the real thing does not help at all. But, overall, I guess that this is a unique and good set. "

Looks Good But Relies On Stickers Too Much
" This is a realistic set with an excellent price-per-piece, but both cars, especially the I-pace eTROPHY, rely on stickers way too much. It would be GREAT if some stickers covered multiple pieces. Now, to make this review easier to read I will divide it into 2 sections: the first is about the F1, the second is about the I-pace eTROPHY.
The F1 has a low piece count for a speed champions set and looks a lot like the real thing. Well, counting out the fenders. I noticed that the front bumpers are flimsy and fall off when you play with the model. Lego did a good job getting the big holes in the body, just like on the real thing. Lego also scored on the color scheme, but the stripe on the side is a bit lumpy. Also, it would be great if Lego covered up a few more studs. This car is a great display model.
When you look at the I-pace eTROPHY, it is a big model and a fun build, but it doesn't seem as curvy and sleek as the real thing. and when you look in the back window, you do not see a back seat, but you do see a bunch of ugly studs. Also, the spoiler seems too thick. There are nearly 50 stickers on the model, and many require precise lining up to others, so it would be great if some stickers covered multiple pieces. However, the stickers do make the model way more realistic. On the bright side, the model's color looks excellent and the stripes are consistent, too.
If you like fairly realistic sets or great deals, this is the set for you. If you love curves or hate stickers, try the Dodge Challenger and Dodge Charger set.

Very Realistic, But Build Is A Bit Dull
" This set looks realistic and has a good price-per-piece, but the build seems a bit redundant and dull. That is surprising, as this seems like an excellent set. I like the low count of stickers and the light tree that "turns on" when you slide a piece down the back. The red stripe on the back of the Charger R/T and the demon on the side of the Challenger SRT Add excitement and realisticness to the models.
I could go on for a long time listing pros about this set, but you probably don't want to read that and my mom wants me to go to bed soon, so I will wrap up my review of this set.
Unless you are picky about fun and exciting builds, this is the set for you.

Unrealistic All Over
" This set spells D-I-S-S-A-P-O-I-N-T-M-E-N-T. There is really only one big and one small pro about it: there is a good imitation of a seat in the cabin, and when you drive it into a wall at high speed the windshield falls off and the minifigure is ejected 6 inches into the air. I never get tired of slamming my 911 into walls. Other than that, this set is pretty awful. It is covered in uncovered studs and pieces that make the bodywork look careless. The wheels are my biggest compliant: They are connected to the body with 8 stud long Technic axles, so the model cannot turn. The wheels themselves are even worse because The rims stick out way, way too far and the wheels are not spoked like the real cars wheels. We are in need of standard Speed Champions wheels here. The spoiler is too fat and the interior rear slope of the cabin is bumpy and crude, also.
I could go on much longer listing cons of this set, but to make this review reasonable I will not. Instead, I will stop typing and shut up in just a few seconds.
If you care about good looking or realistic Speed Champions sets, do not buy this set but buy the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Race Car or the Nissan GT-R NISMO. If you are a fan of ejector seats, this set and the Creator Expert James Bond Aston Martin DB5 are for you.

Surprisingly Good
" When I bought this set, I expected Lego to have done a poor job with a hypercard like a McLaren Senna. After I finished building the car, I was surprised at how realistic this car was. As hard as I try, I can think of only 2 minor cons: The exhausts are at the wrong angle and the clear stickers are hard to apply and show fingerprints. Other than that, just about everything is perfect with this set. Lego really scored with making the back end realistic. Even the color scheme is an official Senna color scheme! Also, this set has a high piece count for a 1-car Speed Champions set, making it a good deal.
I cannot think of anyone who would not want to buy this set.

Could Be Better, Could Be Worse
" When you first look at this set, it may look pretty good. When you see it up close, you see that it could be better. Extra points for the side mirrors and the front grille! Both look really good for a Speed Champions set. The side vents for the engine are also nice. However, the hood seems lumpy and the back, especially the top, seems square compared to the real car. Ant there are 4 studs on the back interior wall of the cabin serving no purpose at all that could easily be removed or covered up.
If you are looking for a Speed Champions Ferrari or an 8-stud wide Speed Champions car, you may or may not like this set. If you care deeply about realisticness, this is not the set for you.

Not So Good
" When I bought this set, I expected more than I got. Yes, the steering system is compact and works very well, and the lack of small stickers (or many stickers at all) is nice, but those are pretty much my only 2 pros about this set. This set has the most holes, gaps, and wrong-colored pieces that I have ever seen in a Technic set (yes, counting the Porsche 911 RSR). The engine has so much friction that you really have to push down hard for the car to move, somehow steering at the same time, and looks weird sticking out through the hood with brown-and-yellow pistons (yes, I said brown-and-yellow pistons). The head and tail lights are crude, and the back and front ends are barely recognizable as a ends of a running, driving car, and the pieces under the non-opening doors stick out too far and look blocky. For a $50 set, I was expecting many more functions and looks than I got.
If you are looking for a lego vehicle, car, or sports car, I recommend buying something else. If you love Chevrolets or Corvettes, I would recommend waiting until Lego comes out with something better.
