The force of merchandising
" After watching an episode of The Clone Wars a day, I was really telling myself how nice Anakin's starfighter was, and how much I would like to have it in LEGO. I went to the LEGO store and bam! there it was! and for a pretty reasonable price! so I got it and built it the day after.
It is bigger than expected, and it is just beautiful. I like the double expression-ed face for Anakin's minifigure and the shiny top on R2.
I am a little puzzled by the playability inasmuch as, maybe because of my big adult hands, it's a little hard to hold the starfighter and "make it fly" without grabbing (and removing) the engines, and it feels awkward to hold it by the tail.
Apart from this minor issue, it's a great set.
