"The only complaint I could lodge is that it would have been nice to have enough pieces to build all the builds instead of having to disassemble previous ones to build the next. 2 sets allows for about half of them, 4 would do all but a couple but even then you would be short of some necessary pieces for a couple of the builds. (notably the round eyes and the tan 1x1 bricks with 4 studs). It was included as a free promotional gift though and is a fine $20 free gift."
"This is the only LEGO product I have had cause to give a poor rating. When I pre-ordered there was no list of compatible devices and now I find that if I want to use the set I need to buy an expensive tablet that I don't need for any other reason than to run the LEGO Boost App. It's a building block set with remote control features. Surely LEGO programmers could have done a better job than program for a VERY LIMITED number of tablets, including expanding into Kindle apps. I'm sure LEGO will get a lot of complaints and requests for refunds. I certainly find myself as one of the disappointed owners of a set of blocks that can't be used as designed because even the instructions to build the set are only available in the app I cannot run. Sorry LEGO but this is a fail"
