A fun little set!
" I got this for my sister as part of her birthday present and it was really fun to try giving it different facial expressions using the parts included. Overall, I would definitely recommend this, it's super cute and fun to customize!

Pros and cons
" So, the pros of these are that they're actually a really good idea with good execution. The figures are wacky and excellent, and I love how you can use the... beatbits are they called? IDK but I'm going with that. Anyway I love how can use the beatbit platform as a stand for the minifigures, that looks super great. The cons are that I ended up getting my least favorite figure on an already terrible day, but that's just a me thing. The real con is... blind BOXES!?!?! WHAT WERE YOU THINKING LEGO?? The minifigures are obviously the main attraction of these blind bags, but one of the funnest parts is feeling the packets to try to guess what minifigures inside. With these, that just goes completely out of the window. Anyways, despite the blind box thing, these are still great and I'd really recommend buying at least one.

Great set!
" I've been going back and forth on buying this set ever since I first saw it leaked, and earlier today I finally gave in and bought it. And boy, am I sure glad I did! The main thing discouraging me from buying it was in the reviews I saw of it on Youtube, Zane's entire torso looked white, instead of the lower part being silver like it's supposed to be according to the pictures. I felt like the all white torso kind of ruined the figure, and hence I didn't buy it on day one like I had been planning to previously. Turns out that all white torso was just a trick of the light or something. So if that's holding you back from buying this set, don't let it. The main reason I bought this set was for Zane's hairpiece in silver, the energy weapons, and the nindroid, but I love the entire set. To cut to the point, I'd absolutely recommend picking this set up!

Awesome!
" Every review on this set gives it five stars (or bricks), and I'm certainly not gonna break that. Because let's be real here: it totally deserves those reviews. I had to wait a while to get this set because it was backordered, but it was well worth the wait! It comes with four exclusive figures, encluding a 10th anniversary golden Lloyd. Personally my favorite is Eyezor, who, while not exclusive, is a fantastic figure. And that's just the minifigures! The build itself is excellent as well, it looks great on display, and is fun to play with (especially the spinning blades!). I'm using it as the base for my ninja, not having the temple of spinjitzu or airjitzu. Anyways, I'd totally recommend picking this up next chance you get!

Very fun!
" I ordered one of these along with one series 21 pack, and the tournament of elements set. I'm not very familiar with any of the Mario games or enemies, so none of these mean much to me as a gamer. I got the Foo, a pretty cute one! Anyway I would totally recommend these!

My biggest LEGO disappointment ever...
" I bought one pack of these along with one Mario characters pack series 2 and the tournament of elements. I was quite excited when it arrived and felt it to see if I could guess what it was. I felt a large piece that goes over the head of a figure, and thought it was the Aztec warrior, my favorite figure, and was super happy that I had gotten my favorite for once. Then I opened it up, and... it was the beekeeper, my second least favorite figure. So from personal experience, I'm not a big fan of this series. But most of the figures are excellent, so by all means, go ahead and buy some. Don't let my experience stop you. But just remember, there is a chance you'll be disappointed.

Looks very elegant
" I bought this for my dad for Christmas to put in his office at work, and he has really enjoyed building it. This was kind of like a reintroduction to the world of LEGO for him. The finished model looks great, and the wing flapping function is very fun. (BTW he did all the building himself over the course of several days, so the build time and challenge level that I've put are probably out of wack, I was kind of just guessing.)

" If you can still get your hands on this, I would recommend doing so. I've bought two of these LEGO advent calendars, and they're very fun, plus with this one you can set up a fun little yule ball display. Very deserving of the five bricks I've given it!

Oh. My. Goodness.
" This is my favorite set! Where to start, where to start... This set looks so amazing on display, it's unbelievable. The figures are all pretty cool, especially Vaughn Geist. When I get my LEGO sets, what I usually do is build it, extract the figures to play with, then put the set itself on my shelf, so sets that look really good on display are usually the sets I lean towards, and this one looks AMAZING! Anyway, if you're like me and are more looking for display then play, this is your set. If you're more into play... not so much.

Absolutely amazing!
" If you're leaning towards buying this set, do it! It's an absolutely amazing set! I had been thinking about saving up for this set, but after doing some calculations I realized it would be over a year before I could save up for it, and had almost given up on getting it entirely. This made me quite sad, so you can imagine my joy when I opened this up on Christmas morning! Anyway, the figures are great, it's super fun to build, it looks great on display, and it's fun to play with.
The only bad thing about it is that it makes my journey to the skull dungeon look tiny! It's an amazing set, my 2nd or 3rd favorite, and I absolutely recommend you buy this next chance you get! "
