Compact Tracked Loader
" Overall very cool little set; good value (No of parts) and most importantly, good fun. Both models are robust and even have a pretty true-to-life look, much better than most other comparable small sets.
Great intro to Technic for young builders with interesting mechanical principals: versatile worm drives, over-center, leverage, etc. to explore & adapt to their own uses.
Just a personal quibble - not a con - choice of gears/wheels look accurate but all act as simple bogies and allow the tracks to slide freely.
Properly meshing gears would help illustrate the drive & ‘skid-steer’ principals of tracked vehicles to budding-builders.
Pros
Tracks!
Great overall look – more accurate than representative
Nice mechanics – Double action tipping/closing tines bucket and worm/crank lift mech.
Interesting 2nd model – good build, especially coming up with an alternative to the booms ‘hook’ with the extra parts.
Cons
Stickers! Caution stripes aside, pieces like ‘control panels’ Really need to be printed.
Engine? A few extra parts giving the appearance of one would be excellent.
Bucket – Lets the whole set down
- One piece: no building at all, no stubs even to add other bricks (ex other bucket teeth)
- Feels lesser quality - less stable like a proper brick, more pliable like a beige bushing
- Moulding issue – the outside has very visually noticeable part lines and has a very slight, but exceedingly un-Lego-like, ridge. The finish inside in contrast is almost perfect!
Despite this 'bucket-list' this is a great set "
I would recommend this to a friend!

Jango, oh Jango
" More of a Technic and classic Lego fan but this is a cool Buildable and as a Fett-Fan was well received. Ok, now where's Boba?
Very easy / quick to build but that's most Bionicles for you (clip-clip, click-clack, done).
Pro's
Highly articulated and able to achieve/hold a huge(!) variety of poses.
Hint - make sure feet are well-planted and he'll stand even in very unbalanced looking poses
(Second) Best looking in the series – only Gen. Grievous is more impressive.
Simple looking Jet pack accurate provided a surprisingly decent build.
Great print / paint job (blue & black areas) as per Lego tradition*.
Cons
* Flow/mixing issues - streaks in the 'metal' armor where colour separated and didn’t inject evenly – some actually look cracked but aren’t– purely cosmetic, the surface is almost perfect - Major points off for this!!
Jet pack was the only ‘proper’ Lego-build and really could have used a few more parts. The whole set could, another accessory or a clear stand so Jango-can-Jett wouldn't go amiss.
Shoulder Panels have tenuous grip, fall off very easily if posing. "
