Long Overdue!
" One of the most memorable battles in the Star Wars franchise for me personally, I was so pleased to see the set finally be made! I think it's great value for money, you get 3 excellent minifigures. I personally prefer the old Darth Maul figure and I find the rubber horns on his head a bit gimmicky and unnecessary but I'm sure kids would love this.
The set has great play value, kid's could send Obi down the pit and use the launch pad to send him flying back out like in the film. Also the red barrier can be opened and closed with a cool mechanic. Personally, I have sets for display only and using a good majority of pieces from this set (although I used a few pieces from other sets I have) I redesigned it for display purposes. I've added images of my redesign below, capturing the moment Maul stabs Qui Gon Jinn and sends Obi down the pit as he hangs on for his life whilst Maul looks down upon him.
