Great little set
" This is the first set I bought to start the beach section of my city. It's a really nice little set. My favorite part by far is the sea turtle. I really hope they keep including these brick-built animals in their sets. The minifigs are nice. Love the color scheme. It looks like a real life beach getaway. I have yet to build the alternate builds yet, I may not even bother because they both look small to me. "

Really nice / Really expensive
" As soon as I saw this set, I knew I wanted it... and then I saw the price... I don't know how they can charge 90 USD for this set. I found it at Meijer for 70 USD which is still a little high I think. It's still a really nice set. All three vehicles are cool, I love the pickup tow truck. I'm a sucker for Octan stuff, and those fuel pumps look awesome. I love how they continued the Octan branding through the entire build. This just looks like a gas station you would see in real life. I almost would have preferred to lose the street sweeper and put those 50-60 pieces into making the gas station bigger. And I don't see the point of the bicycle. A motorcycle would have made more sense. If you can find this on sale or clearance, I say buy it. "

Awesome Police Station
" Got this on ebay for about 60 USD. I did some research and thought this was the best looking police station of the few most recent, and I was definitely right. I love that it comes on baseplates, I wish LEGO still did this. My favorite parts are the sliding jail doors, the K9 area, and the look of the office tower. The vehicles are just OK. The fact that it does not come with a helicopter doesn't really matter since there's already a ton of police helicopters out there. Love this set. "
