"A very good base model for collectors and children to play with. It includes 1 new highly detailed ugnaught (new) mini figure and brings back childhood memories of watching ESB. A number of moving parts including side lift and revolving Carbon Chamber which had new dimensions to the play ability for children. A much improved item, than previously constructed in the cloud city set. My nephews will love re-creating the scenes from the all time classic.
As an avid Star Wars Collector I feel Boba Fett could have had detailing to his arms to give him a bit more of a wow factor. Lego have done an excellent job and for the price its a great little set that the majority of people can afford.
I would have liked to have seen an accompanying set that could create the other side of the Carbon Chamber possibly including another ugnaught min figure, Leia in white costume and Lando (£20). In addition a battle pack including Chewbacca, Strom trooper (fully printed) and Vader (£12) could have been released to accompany the set.
Don't get me wrong I love the set and particularly enjoy how Lego are focussing more on the printing and moving parts of their mini sets. However I am still confused why we are having more releases of sets that have already been eg hoth, jedi starfighters and an escape pod. Yes the escape pod looks amazing and 2 Jawas well wow, cant fault. But there are a number of sets that haven't been done eg. Final Duel Darth Maul + Qui Gon + Obi Wan Clone Training on Kamino + Alien Cloners + Clone Troopers Geonosian Arena + Jango Fett Fully Printed + Mace Windu Jedi Temple + Jedi + Clones etc etc"
