"This is a very nice and detailed little LEGO set! The figures include a man who runs the store and a kid visiting the store, both very nice. The store itself is really awesome, and has so many details! The mini LEGO sets, the pick-a-brick, and the giant LEGO on the roof are some of my favorites! Personally, I find it more of a display piece then a playset, but I still do see a lot of potential playability in it. Overall, I find it as a lovely LEGO set, and would 100% recommend!"
"This set is really awesome! I really wanted this set, since General Grievous is my favorite Star Wars character, and now that I have it, I just love it! The characters include Obi-Wan Kenobi, an Airborne Clone Trooper, and General Grievous himself. I already have the Duel on Mustafar LEGO set, so Obi-Wan isn't new, but since he slayed Grievous, it is only appropriate to include him, even if the torso is off. I like the Airborne Clone, especially since he is a brand-new figure, but I can agree that it should have been Commander Cody. Now, the General Grievous minifigure is amazing, and this is one out of the only three sets you can get this version of him. The starfighter looks visually beautiful, and it has some tricks up its sleeve! The stud-shooters are nice, but if you think that's the only weapon on board, you're wrong! Underneath the ship is a spring-loaded shooter to pack a bigger punch! Another feature I love is that you can store Grievous's lightsabers in the engines, so when he's not holding them, you have a place to put them. The cockpit is specially designed for Grievous so he can fit all four of his arms in, and I like how it slides. And the best part: NO STICKERS!!!!! A lot of people say this set is horribly priced, and I could agree it could be dropped ten dollars or so, but I would totally buy it again for the awesome figures and ship! Would 100% recommend, and congratulations to LEGO on a job well done!"
"First, I’d like to clear something up for other buyers: this is NOT a battle pack! A lot of people think it is for some reason. It has two large vehicles, six characters, and there isn’t “battle pack” written anywhere on the box. But anyway, this set is awesome! The six characters are three normal 501st clone troopers, one with a bigger gun, a 501st jet trooper, and two normal separatist battle droids, which are all good for army building. They are all very nicely designed, and all come with weapons. Now, let’s talk about the builds that come with the set. The BARC speeder is really cool, and looks much better than older designs of it! They did a really good job, and even though stud-shooters aren’t the most powerful weapon, they can still knock over a droid! The AT-RT is actually the second AT-RT to be made in LEGO, but this one has a new look to it, and in my opinion, a better design. Unfortunately, it can only stand in one position, unless you have something to support it(like putting a battle droid under one foot). But it looks really cool, and can also shoot a droid down. You can make really cool scenes with this set, as well, especially when you add more characters and even more vehicles(see my last two pictures)! My only other complaint is all the stickers, which need to be replaced by printing pieces. If your like me, and you love Star Wars, especially the Prequels, and LEGO, I would 100% recommend this set!"
"I say this is a pretty cool set. I bought it mainly for the figures, but I’m pretty happy with the set, too. Kylo Ren is really good, and I love that he comes with his mask and head without it, but I think his lightsaber hilt should be unique (like Count Dooku’s) so that the blade isn’t all one, which would make it more realistic. Finn is also great, and this is my first set with Finn’s regular outfit(my other Finn figure is in his First Order disguise). The stormtroopers look cool, and I like the club thing. Maz looks cool, too. For the set itself, the best part is the falling tree and bricks. They are great fun to knock stormtroopers down with. The details are great, and I like the opening doors, and the stud mechanism is okay. I’m really not a big fan of the sequel movies, I favor the prequels, but I think this is a nice set. Good job, LEGO!"
"This is such a wonderful set! Best AT-ST ever made! Great details, amazing finished look, and a great play set, too! If you are a parent looking for a nice gift for your kid, or yourself, or a kid looking for a cool set, get this set wherever you can find a good price on it! I will however warn you that if the head falls and goes in between the legs, you built it wrong. I have not had this problem, but I have read of other people that have made this mistake. Overall, would 100% recommend!"
"This set was my first full-size walker, and I bought it on the online Toys-r-us website (before it went out of business) for $40. Nice minifigs, cool crane-lift thing, but the walker needs work. The legs are kind of stiff, and after seeing the movie, I was disappointed that they didn’t include the top part of the walker, with a feature to remove it. I don’t remember the crane in the movie, which makes it a nice touch. This, so far, is one out of two sets to get Captain Phasma, and it comes with her cool spear! But, it should have come with a First Order stormtrooper as well. Overall, this is an average set."
"Even though this set was made for younger kids, I think it’s a great way to get an X-Wing, since regular sized ones are a little pricey! Nice shooting turret, and the best stormtrooper minifigure up to date! Would recommend!"
"This is a fun set with some nice minifigures! If you get this with the other Hoth-based ‘shoot the target’ set, you can make a full-fledge battle of Hoth!"
