Can Peter come out to play?
" Wanted this set for a while and being a big Spider-man fan and even bigger Venom fan I finally bought it today.
First off I got it with a decent discount but even if I'd have paid full price I still wouldn't feel ripped off. This set is good value for money imo.
Lets start off with the minifigs; the new spider-man looks absoloutly brilliant, one of the best figs i've seen. Great print and lovely colour design. Makes the old prints look basic to say the least. The Venom looks great too. Aunt May is perfect and Spider-Gwen (Ghost Spider) is good too.
The build is enjoyable, the Spider-mech looks great and reminds me of the heavy hauler Ripley used in Aliens film. Spider gwens hover board is nice but maybe the stud shooters could do with being parallel to the board? (minor gripe maybe). But the main build is the large Venom-mech and it looks brilliant, the articulation is great and really does look like a supersized Venom.
Only issue is the amount of stickers in this set but it's to be expected in a marvel set tbh and any printed parts would have bumped the price up so in a way i'm glad they're stickers as much as I hate to say that lol.
I know people have complained about this wave of Spider-man sets being all mech/robo sets and even with them being released to coincide with the Spider-verse film none really have anything to do with the film other than a few minifig characters but don't let that put you off what is a great set for all ages and one of my favourite sets I've built recently and probably will be up there with my favourite sets I own.
A great value set, with great minifigs and fun buld that gives you a great playset or display one.
Keep up the great work Lego with the Marvel ones and if the far from home sets are to go by won't hve to wait long.

Great little set
" Bought it for my girlfriend as she loved the film. Price is great as you get a nice build and they look great.
Think recently some sets are overpriced recently especially the licenced ones but this was one I was more than happy to pay full price for.
Best bit has to be the Sisters Duplo monster, its looks brilliant made out of normal lego pieces.
Only remotely negative or thing i'd change is to have another Duplo monster/character as they're so good.
Great set :)

Looks good but could be better
" When I saw this model announced last year I couldn't wait to get it. Looked much better than previous one and who doesn't like an Empire vehicle with Troopers.
Unfortunately after building it I can't help but feel disappointed. The set looks good but there is hardly any detail inside at all. No clips for troopers weapons or accessories, no consoles other than one for pilot, no cargo compartments etc. The steps that slide out seem nice initially but you can only slide one side at a time which seems a bit strange.
Then there are gaps over the model between parts, I know this might be a trade off for making the model look like it does in a new hope but still disappointing.
The Minifigs are good, Obi Wan and R2-D2 seem bit out of place tbh. Sand troopers are brilliant, look great but why not more of them? 4 Troopers would make a lot more sense and how about a Dewback? Maybe some Trooper accessories that are carried in the Shuttle?
I want to love this set so much, it looks good but could have looked bit better maybe, but mostly it's the lack of any detail inside and lack of appropriate minifigs that lets it down and for an £80 set its not great.

Old School gem
" At last we get a classic Jurassic Park set, this set couldn't come soon enough :)
It's a really nice build, very straight forward, maybe bit too simple for the target market being those of us who saw the film when it first came out (remember going to Cinema to watch it when I was 6). It's built in 3 pieces and clipped together with technic pegs.
This set really does capture 3 scenes from the film very well and for its size its a greater feat still.
Great selection of characters but as mentioned in previous reviews the faces aren't the best, feel some don't capture the scenes and the Dr Grant with just hat looks bare, needs some hair on it as well as the hair on its own. Maybe printed hair on the head?
But the above are me picking tbh, its an amazing set, the Raptor is a highlight for me and hope this isn't the last of the classic sets . . . T-rex escape scene with the famous 'Welcome to Jurassic Park' gates please ;)

LET'S GET NUTS Mix . . I mean build
" Had been waiting a while to get my hands on this set, and my girlfriend knew and got it for me for Christmas.
Should have bought it much sooner, its such a lovely model.
The build was fun, it looks absolutely great, accurate to the film and some great play functions for children. Only slight negative would be the wheels as due to the movement and pose-ability of them means the don't quite track as perfectly as other wheel models but I'm really nit picking now as this mode is amazing.
The price feels like a steal tbh, get great minifigs, great looks being much smoother looking like Joker low rider than some sets and lovely features.
10/10 set, and get it because IT'S BATMAN!

Finally a new walker
" As soon as I saw it in the trailers i had fingers crossed for a Lego set.
And overall it doesn't disappoint, the darker grey and the red 'eyes' of the front of the cockpit look great. Nice minifigure selection with it and the cannon on top is a nice addition. Fun build and stands test of nephews playing with it.
Looks great next to the previous AT-AT although in that light I wish the new one was larger and builkier as that scene in the last jedi shows the heavy walker next to AT-AT's (or first order revised versions) and the heavy ones dwarf the few AT-ATs
Quite a technical build but enjoyable (when Mam and Dads dog Celt wasn't wanting to help me with his giant head) Great model from the new film, cant wait to get the speeder set coming out in few days :)

Kylos awesome fighter
" Got this from my girlfriend for Christmas (highly hinted gift ;) and also got one for my Nephew too.
Its a gorgeous model to look at, great size and well designed for playing with too. The minifigures are great, although having a tie fighter pilot with Kylo Rens fighter is bit weird but it's a great figure. Maybe Leia would have been a nice one to have with it instead.
Build time was surprisingly short compared to its size/price for me but then its my 3rd model i've built in last 48hrs so may be well warmed up haha.
A awesome set that I would recommend to any star wars and Lego fan, was hugely enjoyable build too even with the usual repetition of the wings.
