TRULY AMAZING BRICKHEADZ SET!!!!!!

" I am a huge fan of both Harry Potter and LEGO, and I'm delighted that the Wizarding World has returned to the LEGO lineup. 41615 Harry Potter and Hedwig is an absolute jewel, and personally, my favourite Brickheadz set so far [ although the new 41622 Brickheadz Peter Venkman and Slimer is sure to claim that title when it falls into my hands!].

The Hedwig build is simple but pleasing and replicates the iconic owl well. Harry is dressed in a Gryffindor cloak and scarf, and bears his famous scar on his forehead. His hair is captured excellently and achieves a fitting look of scruffiness.

I am most satisfied with this set, and it has encouraged me to expand my Brickheadz collection. "

NINJAGO® City Chase

FANTASTIC NINJAGO MOVIE SET!

" I received 70607 for my birthday last year. Before I had the set right in front of me, I didn't realise how good it is! First of all, it is extremely value for money! Some sets costing £54.99, only include 4 minifigures [ such as 70905 The Batmobile- great set by the way!]. But 70607 includes a phenomenal 5. For £14.99 you get 5 minifigs, a stall, a vehicle and a pair of lamp posts.
Secondly, the builds are fantastic and detailed, and there is plenty of room for playability.

The minifigure list is pleasing, and would be flawless if Ham wasn't wearing just the one terrified face. It looks a bit strange to see the back of the box showing Nya giving money to a petrified Ham, who looks as if the money is going to attack him. But to be honest, this couldn't really be avoided as he wears a hat that reveals the back of his head. The minifig list includes: Ham, Lloyd, Nya, Shark Army Thug and Police officer.

The stall build is simple but good-looking and includes multiple apple, cherries and fish pieces. The tuk-tuk is an interesting vehicle, and really intensifies the Asian feel to the Ninjago Movie line. The lamp posts have signs with printed pieces on, depicting foreign writing. A rope is strung across the two posts to create a great play feature, where minifigs can be attached to.

It is a challenge to find 70607's flaws, as the set is appealing to all types of LEGO fans. It provides plenty of play opportunities, whilst generously gifting the buyer with top quality minifigures and models.

Series 18: Party

BEST MINIFIGURE SERIES SO FAR!!!!!

" I'm very satisfied with the series 18 minifigures. The minifig lineup is a strong one, and comes with many useful parts -loving the new ballon mould by the way!My favourite minifigure is probably the clown, despite there being another in one of the previous series. It is a colourful figure, and the first time I've ever seen the balloon animal pieces! But seeing as it is dedicated to celebrating the 40th anniversary of the minifig, perhaps it instead could've featured classic figures from older sets, such as johnny thunder from the adventures line, or the classic spaceman. Don't get me wrong- I am satisfied with the figs, but it seems like an opportunity missed to give some classic minifigures a well-deserved remake. "
