Childs play
" As a Lego professional builder, I found it this set lacked quality bricks, proper design, and may have been rushed. The first thing that I noticed was the brick quality in bag 2 and 3, and it carried through to all the bags. I purchased the set to do a diorama at a movie theater by request, the set ended up getting a complete redesign and color change to dark red because the brown bricks were of such poor quality. Also the playability of the set I felt was rushed and could have been done much nicer. The best feature of this set was the mini figures. The lack of detailed sections was disappointing. The one build section that was close to being up to par with a set this big to me was the laundry area, that was the nicest part of this build. The "snow" on the roof, well, it was sub-par at best. This set should have been the best of the series, but I think the penguins car was the most impressive as far as build technic goes. Even with redesigning and switching colored, it only took 4 hours to build.

TITAN of the Technic construction vehicles
" Just finished up the build on this....what a great set! It was just about as easy as it comes to build this set. Instructions were clear and although it is over 300 pages, once you get the mechanical section done, (about the first 80 pages), the remaining 200+ go in about the same amount of time. This set is powerful...put the teeth of the bucket down and it will lift the tires right off the ground, just like the real one! I changed the setting on the controller to make more sense, up is up and down is down now. This set is much nicer than the original front loader from years past. It is BIG, BIG, BIG! Kids of all ages will enjoy this set, it is built well and will stay together. Only issue I had was the wires would get jammed in the engine crank when backing up, but just moved the wires to the side....

Guardian and Defender
" This EXO suit set is one of the best looking sets I have had in a long time. It was a little bit of a challenge to put things together and get it to stay, but after you get it all together, it works well as a guardian. It is an amazing set for the money, but I wouldn't recommend it for children, as the playability isn't there, but for the AFOL, a MUST HAVE!

Most Impressed With
" As an Adult Fan Of LEGO and having many LEGO trains, this one is the one that most impressed me so far. The quality of the design takes it to the next level! I originally was not going to purchase this set, based on the design of the former high speed train set, but I am sure glad I changed my mind! The train is more impressive than what pictures can show. The detail to the nose and tail of the train is superb! It looks amazing running on the tracks. It is hard to believe that I was not going to pick this up! If you have not bought any of the other trains, this is one that you do not want to pass up, It is going to be one of the best train sets LEGO has ever produced!
