"(This is my review on Thor’s Weapon Quest. I’ll go over it by sections:
WARNING! CONTAINS SPOILERS FROM THOR: RAGNAROK!
The Figures- There are 3 Minifigures in the set-Thor, Rocket, and Teenage Groot. Thor is good, with a new torso and hair piece. He seems to be doing fine without Mjolnir, (which has been destroyed) considering all the Power Burst pieces that he wields. Unfortunately, he still has both eyes (he lost one in Ragnarok); I wish he had his eyepatch like we see in the trailers, but it’s not a big deal. Rocket is the same from GOTG Vol 2. Would’ve liked an angry expression. Groot is awesome. Best figure in the set, hands down. Love the torso and face. Grade- A-
The Pod- I like the pod, the uniqueness of it is fresh to my eyes. Lots of sand blue, which is always a nice color to get. It fits all 3 figures in it without being too cramped, which is nice. It can connect to the Guardians’ Ship, which is a neat feature. If you get this set, I recommend getting the Thanos: Ultimate Battle set as well. Great ship with a nice color scheme. Grade- A+
The Forge- The Space Forge is good. I don’t know how it’ll look in the movie, but I hope the build is accurate. There’s really not much to do with it, except spinning the Power Burst in the center and sliding a drawer mechanism to reveal Thor’s new hammer/axe, Storm-Breaker. There is a spot where you can put the Power Stone that comes in the set. It looks good, but lacks in playability. Grade- B
Pros: Groot Figure Pod’s Uniqueness and Color Variety of Power Burst pieces Power Stone
Cons: Inaccuracy of Thor Same Rocket Lack of Playability No Villains
So, all in all, it’s a good set for the price, but it does have some flaws. The Minifigures are good, the pod is outstanding, but the Space Forge is meh. The connection to the Guardians’ Ship is awesome. Overall Grade- A-
Thanks for reading my review and have a good week!"
"This is my review on the Thanos: Ultimate Battle. I’ll break it down into sections:
The Minifigures-There are 4 figures in the set- Iron Man, Star-Lord, Gamora, and a big-fig Thanos. Iron Man is a very detailed figure, probably my favorite in the set. I love the HUB display for his alternate face. Star-Lord is the same from Ayesha’s Revenge. Gamora is cool, just wish she had dual-molded legs. Thanos is okay, just a poorly executed figure. I wish he had a bald head. Grade: A-
The Ship- The Guardians Ship is such a step up from the 2017 Milano. It’s bigger than I expected. Love the interior detail and the space to put minifigures . My only complaint is that I don’t like the removable speeder/cockpit. Just kind of a weird feature. Grade: A
Iron Man’s Jetpack- I like the build of the thrusters, but it’s just too bulky. Grade: B+
Infinity Gauntlet/Stand- I love the look of the Gauntlet. It’s an appropriate size-not too big, but not too small. The stand is cool. I wonder how it plays into the movie. Grade: A
Well, that’s that! Thanks for reading my review and have a good week!"
"I recently picked up 6 packs and got Zod, Black Canary, Disco Alfred, Disco Harley Quinn, Beach Batgirl, and Hugo Strange. Black Canary is definitely my favorite. Love the faces and the microphone stand. Zod is nice. Love the newspaper clipping. The hair is a nice mold in that color. Beach Batgirl is okay, kinda bland, but has a cool accessory. Disco Alfred is nice. Love the coattails and the bass guitar. Disco Harley Quinn is nice, just wish she had more interesting accessories. Hugo Strange is bland. Not enough printing. The vials are cool though. Well, that’s that! Thanks for reading my review and have a good week! :)"
"I recently picked up 4 of these blind bags and got Catman, Vacation Batman, Fairy Batman, and Pink Power Batgirl. Great additions to the suit rack in the Batcave. One complaint is that the mouth on Vacation Batman is a little thin on the bottom. See picture for reference. Overall, great series! Thanks for reading my review and have a good week! :)"
"This is my review of the Batcave break-in. I’ll break it down into sections:
The Vehicles- the vehicles are amazing. The Duckmobile is detailed phenomenally . The Batboat has a cool color scheme and nice cockpit windscreen. All in all, great vehicles.
The Batcave-the Batcave is a huge structure, but not too big that it’s a pain to move around. The Batcomputer is awesome. The stickers on it are fairly easy to apply. The Bruce Wayne into Batman feature is fine. It turns very smoothly. The jail is cool. I would’ve wanted the front to break open instead of the back. The suit rack is phenomenal. I love that they gave us extra space for additional Batsuits. It’s great. The catwalk is okay. I wish thee was a ladder or something to get on and off it, but it’s fine. Overall, a great Batcave.
The Minifigures- There are 4 figures in this set: Batman, Bruce Wayne, Alfred, and The Penguin. Batman is same old, same old. Alfred has a nice bald cap and coattails. Bruce Wayne has a nice tuxedo and a new bow tie mold. Penguin is fine. His torso is bland and his hat is fine. Great figures.
Accessories- the accessories consist of 2 batarangs, Penguin’s umbrella, which is sooo cool, and Bruce’s wine glass. Penguins umbrella is the only unique one here. Good accessories.
Well, that’s that! Thanks for reading my review and have a good week! :)"
"This is my review of the ATM Heist Battle. I’ll break it down into sections:
The Minifigures- The figures are cool, Spider-Man being the best obviously. The Captain America robber has a great alternate face, complete with a missing tooth. The Hulk robber has another great alternate face with a band aid. Overall, good Minifigures.
The Accessories- the weapons are nice. I love the ATM Buster. A nice design and cool sticker. The energy chain gun is fine and simple. The chain has a great trans-purple coloration. And Spidey’s Power Blasts are nice. Look good just on his hands for display.
The Bank-the bank from the front looks very realistic, which I like because it makes for a good addition to a lego city moc. The sides are simple but still realistic. The back though, looks not that good. Big obvious yellow build. Green would have been better, for a dumpster thing. The play features are good, my favorite being the breakable window. The cash flinging atm is okay, but you have to hit it hard for it to work effectively. Overall a good all around set.
Well, that’s that! Thanks for reading my review and have a good week."
"This set lived up to my expectations. Let’s see why:
The van: the van is cool. The stickers are awesome, but you can leave them off if you just want a regular car. I personally don’t like the 6 stud shooter. It just takes up way too much room. But thankfully it’s attached by only one technic pin, so it’s easy to remove. The crates are awesome. The stickers are just amazing on the plates. I wish they had included one more crate since there’s room for 3. The clips for the rifle are good because you can use them for other things as well. Overall a nice van.
Vulture’s wings-WAY too big and clunky. It looks too comical with the minifig on there. Well, what are you gonna do?
Accessories: Spidey’s cell phone and the tech egg are the only accessories in this set, not counting the weapons. The phone is awesome. Shows Spider-Man’s alter ego very well. The tech egg is cool. Spoiler: it plays a big part in the movie.
Minifigures: The figures are great, consisting of Adrian Toomes/Vulture, the Shocker, Spider-Man, and Iron Man. Ol’ Spidey is phenomenally painted with the arms and torso. Iron Man is meh. He is way overused in way too many sets. Shocker has good arm and torso printing. The gloves are comically large. Vulture is meh again. Not my favorite figure.
Well, that’s that! Thanks for reading my review and have a good week."
The tree build: the forest section is a very cool side build for this set. The six stud shooter is okay, but I wish there was one or two more traps like in the movie. The tree is cool for its size. The wing piece from the Milano is a nice little Easter egg because it shows that the Guardians crash in the forest.
The ship: the ravager ship is a cool vehicle for Taserface. It has good size, shape, and design. I found that it uses a building technique from the 2014 Milano-the stud shooters under the nose of the ship are almost exactly the same design as the first Milano. Wow! I love the cockpit and the roof/windscreen. And the ravager flame sticker is awesome.
Minifigures: This set has 3 figures-Rocket Raccoon, Mantis, and Taserface. Taserface has the best torso detail, Rocket has the best face and weapons , and Mantis has a great hairpiece. Need I say more?
Well that’s that! Thanks for reading my review and have a good week."
"This is my review on the Batmobile. I’ll break it down into sections by pros and cons:
The car: the Batmobile was a very detailed and challenging build. The cockpit is my favorite part of the whole set. Very detailed and I love the stickers on the cheese slope pieces. One thing I don’t like is that when you pull the minifigure out of the seat, occasionally the jumper plates will come up with the figure. But that’s a minor problem. The stickers are fine, but if you want to leave the ones off the windscreen, that’s fine. But you have to put the “speedwagon” sticker on there! Another complaint is the wing pieces on the engines can tilt down in play, then you have to adjust them. The play feature for the roof is fine, but I wish that they had just abandoned the whole mechanism and used the area under the lever as a storage area. You still can use it as storage, but there’s not much room. The movable wheels are great. Need I say more?
Minifigures: this set has 5 figures-Batman, Robin, Manbat, and The Kabuki Twins. Batman is same old, same old. I wish he had a smiling face instead of a serious face. Robin is great, very whimsical. Love the goggles/glasses. His cape has a metallic shine to it that is very nice. Manbat is probably the worst minifig here. It’s pretty much the same as his older variant. The Kabuki Twins are fine. A bit boring, but, you know, they’re cool.
Accessories: The best accessory in this set is the Bat Merch gun. Exclusive printing on the cylinder and the 1x1 circle tile. I wish Manbat had a jewel or diamond piece so Batman could chase him after a heist. Well, that’s that! Thanks for reading my review and have a good week."
