It's good but I am disappointed
" The set is very interesting and general it's good and I like it. It shows many interesting technical solutions etc. However I am little disappointed because of the crane. To be honest, although pneumatic technology is very interesting and it could be one of the best Technic solutions it works very poorly. Claws of the crane (after maximum closing) almost always don't open by the switch and overall working of the crane is poor, it works very slowly and it's very hard to operate. It's a pity that LEGO hasn't improved such a interesting technology like pneumatic. If it was improved and implemented correctly it would be absolutely one of the best in LEGO Technic. "

The second in the series
" For me this set is the second from the Architecture Series after Farnsworth House, at least in value for Money. Slovenian architect has done an excellent job. I think LEGO is better to build modern buildings, such as Farnsworth House and reflecting old, Gothic building can be particular challenging but in this case mission is accomplished and it was successfully achieved. Great set !!!
" For me it is one of three the best current LEGO Technic sets. Absolutely great. I've added Power Functions set to it and I think it improves possibilities of this set very much, but even without PF it is still very good.
Building of this set is very interesting and never boring. I works perfectly, like it should work, it is one of main things why I love LEGO, I never have been disappointed by any set, they are solid and work as they have to. Parts are moving very smoothly without any problems. It contains a lot of particular interesting technical issues, such like Cardan joint, transmission with several gears etc. Since I remember I had mostly liked LEGO City and I rarely had have Technic. However recently I returned to LEGO, now I am almost 30 and currently I prefer mostly advanced LEGO Technic such as this excavator and more advanced (for example Unimog) and also Architecture series is what I love. I hope LEGO will deliver new sets from these series soon.
