" This is a great set. I really like the fact that its not really a theme, just simple Lego. The minnifigures are done really well, my favorite being the hot chocolate vender. The set is great for building a winter village or city, and I am hoping to get the other one, since they do go together. I’d say one of the best things about it would be the lamp post.
Now to the cons. The only things I could say are wrong with this is that the table has very small benches, only a child figure is able to sit on them, or well stand. Also the tickets could have had a printing on them, but thats not a big deal.

I'd pick one up, its about to retire!
" I received this set as a Christmas gift last year, 2017, and I am going to say it, GO ASTROS! Now back to the set. It is, in my opinion, the best set I’ve ever received, and I’ve been collecting legos for around 12 years. You really get the bang for your buck here. The only cons here would be what I wrote in set 60171 Mountain Fugitives, about to many female minnifigures in action packed sets. Also it would have been nice if the figure could have been able to ride in the boat when you put it in and out of the helicopter. I don’t play with my Legos, but seeing as for others who do, that might be a disappointment. This is really wiped away though when compared to all the pros in this set. I guess the last thing would be I don’t know how realistic it is for someone to have a kayak out in the ocean, but I would not have changed it seeing as how I wanted a kayak anyways.
Now to the pros! First off I have to give the small rescue boat a big thumbs up. It might be a jet ski, but its a little bigger than Lego usually makes them so I call it a rescue boat. Not only does it have a handle for your mini figure to hold, but under that is a brick with two small gauges printed on it. In the back there is an extra seat for the rescued citizen to sit in.
The kayak. I like the kayak, and am impressed with the new fin peaces at the end of the paddle.
The shark. Great addition, though a white one would have been cool to have. But thats not a big deal, at all.
The small light house/crashed boat remains. Its a really neat detail and add on to this set. The small boat remains were more a clever build than expected, and allows one to think of what might have happened to the last guy who got stuck out there.
The Chopper! This is the grand prize of the set, and is most likely what people bought it for anyways. I have to start with the cockpit. Wow, its incredible. I appreciate that its brick built which allows the builder to think more creatively. It also has room for two minifigures which is a huge, huge plus. Its top have also comes off for easy access. I’d suggest taking a close up picture of two minnifigures seated in the cockpit, with the top have on of course. I did that and it looks like a movies scene.
The outside of the chopper is also really good, and has a great amount of detail, especially the engines. Lego, that is one of my favorite things about this set, the engines are spectacular. From their front to the little fan looking thing behind the propeller, its all done very well. Also, besides the fact that they do slide open a little to easy, the two side doors are a very nice future. This allows your minnifigures to get inside in a realistic way.
Now to the inside. It has lots of space, if you take the boat out of course. Having a large about of space is not usual for a lego vehicle but this one is an exception. In the inside there is more than just space though. You also have a red winch that, once you’ve opened one of the two sliding doors, can be adjusted to stick out the side of the helicopter. There is a red nob at the choppers other end which, when turned, allows the winches hook to be lowered or raised, a great feture, well that is if you are playing with your Legos.
The helicopter has one last opening, and that is the giant back door which allows the rescue boat to slide in and out. It doesn’t have any detail, but includes a small handle to open and close it.
Lastly the figures. They have excellent printing. I really like the unzipped jacket the pilot is wearing. I have already said I wish that you would stop adding so many females in your action packed sets, but I was able to fix that in this set because the torsos could work for either male or female. So now my set includes three males, and one female. I will be adding that extra female face to a different figure in my city.
Overall this is the best set I have ever received. Thanks Lego!

ATV and more, with some cons.
" I picked this set up for a contest, but got confused on timing and with a few glitches in our internet, was not able to get the pictures on. Oh well at least I have a new set. Now to the set itself.
The ATV is really cool. I love the fact that it can hold the accessories and chain in an orderly fashion. Not big on the bubble light in the back but that doesn’t really matter.
The tree is a nice thing to have and adds a lot to building your city. You can use it in so many ways, weather to hide your crooks loot or build your city forest. I also like the new bee hive peace.
The log is kind of a strange getaway thing, knowing that in reality it would likely flip over, but like the tree, it is good for building your forest.
The figures are going to be were I get more critical, but I will give the pros first. They are excellently printed. I really like the fact that they have pockets printed on the legs. The hair peace on the female cop is also neat.
Now to the cons. I have mixed feelings about the bee stings on the male crooks face, but its not that big of a deal. Lego, I agree with the fact that you needed more females in your sets, and you have fixed that, but there is still one problem. In your action packed sets there seams to be an over excessive amount of females. It’s ok to have a few females in your action packed sets, but it should mainly be males who are chasing down the crooks, putting out fires, driving the monster trucks, etc. Naturally males are stronger and are able to do that kind of work more easily. So I’d highly suggest having the majority of your females be in other sets like hospitals, parks, stores, coffeeshops, etc. Also I am really tired of all the female crooks. You guys make a lot of good stuff, but this is one thing I will say looks pretty bad. Females and crooks don’t go together all that well. Its just not classic Lego city, and its not realistic. Its also most likely going to be the boys who are going to get of the action sets, and they probably want males. So overall what I am trying to say is thanks for adding more female minnifigures, just please include them in a more realistic way.
Thanks, Greenflame24! "

Gold wheels, a safe, and a amazing mustache!
" Purchased this set for $25 at Lehmans and thought that it was a little over priced since Lego usually sells it for $20. But...I am going to say it was worth it.
The Tow Truck...
For one the truck has amazing detail! I would have liked it to be a full width of six studs but hey what can you expect in a twenty dollar set. I like the hood, it looks really nice with that black shield peace. I appreciate the detail in the back and really like the lights on top.
The 01 Police Motorcycle...
I am very impressed and think it is a load better than the old motorcycles that Lego produced. The detail is great and I don't care that you can't add headlights. I like the fact of the gold wheels, they are great! I could go on and on about them. The other two you can buy in the police theme have gray but these have gold! I think its a nice touch that you most likely won't notice unless you have other 2017 police sets that include motorcycles. Actually I don't have others but just happened to notice in while looking over other sets.
The Off Road Police Bike...
Ok this is a great bike, the fact that it has a silver body and gold wheels makes me very satisfied. I like the simplicity of it compared to other motorcycles, its just nice.
The Safe...
Great safe! You open it up and receive I Dimond but have to break a smaller one open to gain three $100 bills. Great detail and want to buy the bank to go with it.
Now for the minifigures...
To start the crook is super cool, amazing mustache! And think the golden crowbar is an interesting tough, Kida would have liked a red but seeing as how the truck is red makes the gold understandable.
The female cop is nice with great detail, like the face its a good change from the plain old smile.
The male cop is, well, he is just hands down amazing! That mustache is humorous and cool at the same time. I was very happy to see the printed tuck on the back.
Ok most of that was positive but now for some negative things. The top of the truck is not attached very well and comes of easy. Not to easy but easier than I would have liked. Also when I put it back on I have to push the windshield forward to attach it, my windshield might be a slight bit bent but it docent really matter. The chain come off a little easy as well but docent matter because I don't use my legos to play. I make movies.
Otherwise this was a great set! If you like police than you should buy it!
Goodbye, God bless, Greenflame24.! "
