Amazing
" As a child I always wanted the 2006 lego slave one but I never got it now as an adult with disposable income I finally have a bigger and better slave one and the child inside me is thrilled (along with the adult) I built this over two evenings after work and the result is amazing it is the biggest set I have ever bought and it really shows once you put it on the display stand it towers over everything it was even too big to put on the shelf I had intended for it. The build had a lot of great techniques and it looks amazing from all angles the base is very very sturdy. Only small complaint is the sides are a little flimsy but as it is on display not played with that doesn’t bother me. Absolutely my favourite Lego set I have and a great display piece, mini figures are great especially Boba Fett and Han Solo. This set has definitely opened the door for me to buy more ultimate collector series sets in the future as I am so impressed with this one. Recommend to any older builder, box recommendation of 14+ is definitely accurate "

A surprise to be sure but a welcome one
" Not a set a would have personally thought to buy but after an injury at work left me with not much to do for two weeks my friend bought it to cheer me up and give me something to do and I have kind of fallen in love with it, the mini figures are great, the build is interesting, there is a great use of peices and definite value for money, I can see kids getting a lot of playability from it. The build itself is very sturdy with very little flaws my only two complaints would be lack of storage for yoda’s lightsaber and R2 is rather reviled at the back otherwise a great set! "
