Amazing Set, but...
" Wow! What an amazing set! It was challenging to put some parts on, but the finished product looks amazing. I love the flags and the flip-out speakers. The speakers flip out really smoothly and same for flipping back in. And the wheel is massive.
The minifigures are all good except one. Yep, you guessed it, Misako.
I've seen other reviews and a lot talk about how the face is greenish. I bought the set anyway because the rest of it was nice. But it's true, Misako's face looks like she just got off the Destiny's Bounty. In other words, she looks seasick.
But other than that, the playability is great.
I also don't like it that it relys on stickers for looks. I wish all the stickers were instead printed on. I understand that that would be a lot of work for LEGO, though.
That just about wraps things up, and I'll say this:

Amazing Architectural Build
" This is probably the best set I've ever gotten. Overall, it's very pleasing to the eye, as LEGO has achieved the look of a Chinese temple. The doors are amazing. One thing with the doors is that it is only easy to open them from the front of the building, and only easy to close from the side. But this is a small matter. The traps are very good, and the trap that sends the minifigure out of the building is simple but very satisfying. But the problem with it is that it is too small to let Nya (because of her hair) or Garmadon (because of his hat) slide out. And any ninja holding a weapon will not be able to slide out. The rooms are a little on the small side, though the main room is nice and tall and you can even cram all the ninjas in there. I also love how the statue has two faces so that it can become alive.
This offers hours of fun with all the traps, and every time I walk by it it pleases me because it is so nice looking. One thing though. I don't know what happens in the movie, but where is the ultimate ultimate weapon? It doesn't come with the set.
Overall, my favourite set.
