"Wow! What an awesome set! We had a blast building this set. And it is fun for my son to play with. It had just the right amount of pieces to keep my 6 year old interested to build it, but not too many either. He was excited as you can tell what you are building the entire time. He knew that we were building the shuttle, or the boosters, etc. All-in-all, a great piece. And... ITS BATMAN!"
"My son, grandson and myself built this. MY son loves playing with it. For the most part, it stays together well. The gun turret on the bottom seems to come off quite easily though when he put mini-figures into the "gunners seat" that's not really a seat but anyway... Also the ramp that is used for egress is hard to get to and is kind of worthless and if you didn't know it was there, you cant tell. Like a few others have said, you cant seat or stand the mini-figures in all places you would expect and close the top properly. With all that, this was really a fun time spent with my son and grandson assembling this together. My son loves to play with it now that it is done. I do have to put a few things back together when hes done but that's OK. They are meant to come apart and be re-assembled. That's what LEGO's do!"
"This was a fun build. There are many small parts which was a challenge for my 6 y/o. I had to do a lot of help with him on this one, but that's part of the allure of LEGO's. Family fun. I had to fix some reversed or mirrored mistakes for him. But he really loves the bad guys from the DC universe, so this was a great piece to add to our collection!"
"This is the first bigger set myself and my 6 year old have put together. It took us a while because, well, he is 6. I have to do a lot of the assembly but hes very good at it. He really likes finding the parts and putting them together himself. This is more advanced than his age, but it was definitely fun and we spent lots of time together doing it. Our next build will be the Batman Space Shuttle!"
