"I am in love with this set. Even as an adult builder, I can't get over how fun this thing is. The beasts are fantastic and the design of the case is awesome. Two things: I do wish the egg was blue or silver as in the movie. The Demiguise would also have been a welcome addition - it feels like a salient omission. But overall, a great build, great pieces, and great value."
"This was a really great set. Despite already buying the Force Awakens 75105 Millennium Falcon, this had many interesting changes. The new colors, features, and escape pod made this totally worth buying in my mind.
But where's Lando's copilot? L3 was a major character in the movie and the absence of her minifigure in the Solo sets is sad. K-2SO was included in 75156 Krennic's Shuttle. Why not L3-37 in this set?"
"This set, along with 75210 Moloch's Speeder, is just plain cool. I love the minifigures and the unexpected colors inside the speeder. I wish they would have included transparent pink disks like the ones in 75172 Y-Wing, but still a fantastic set. Fair price for the piece count."
"There's no way around it. This set, in addition to 75209 Han's Speeder, is just plain cool. The minifigures and the Corellian hounds are great. Interesting build and a fair price for the piece count. Leaving the basket out of the back creates a spot for a Rebolt, as in the movie. Moloch would have benefited from a visor piece to reveal his face, but it was likely not revealed before the release of the movie."
"I'll admit, I was skeptical. It felt like I had just bought/built this set with 75101 First Order TIE Fighter. Not to mention all the TIE sets in the past. But the compact build, fun pieces, and original trilogy feel made this set a pleasure to build. $70 is high for the piece count, but the great minifigures made it feel a little more reasonable."
