The Rebellion Is Reborn
" This new X-Wing starfighter, the first that I have built, is an amazing build! The mechanism for changing the wing position is almost flawless, and a new Biggs minifigure (last one since 1999), is a great addition! The swappable Red-5/Red-3 stickers are good for variety. The fighter, though the size may be a bit off, works well with the Solo Imperial TIE Fighter. The new helmets, dual molded with a trans-orange visor, is a good attempt, but I still prefer the visor printed on the minfigure's face. Granted, this is the first version of a dual-molded rebel pilot helmet (not Resistance), so I'm sure the design will be improved upon in a future set. My one complaint is how the engine booters on the back tend to fall off easily if handled improperly. But, as a display piece, I think it looks FAR superior to the last Death Star trench run X-wing, and is definitely worth the money. (My apologize for the upside down images. Goodness knows what happened there.)

Go Green!
" This TIE fighter is an amazing build! The figures are well printed, useful, and collectible. The ease of the build and attachments of the wing segments is good too. There is only on issue. The spring loaded shooters have red bolts in them, but the TIE fighter should shoot green ones. It even has green graphics on the box! Same issue with Kylo Ren’s TIE Silencer. The designers should keep these sorts of things in mind. Thankfully, I have the green bolts from the newest Imperial Star Destroyer, which look far superior! Has room for improvement, but still quite good!

The Time Has Come For The Heavy Stormtrooper
" I've been waiting for a heavy/bulky stormtrooper design, the Deathtrooper coming the closet. This figure is one of a kind, an amazingly designed armor made into an amazingly designed set. In the pictures on the box and LEGO.com, the cloth pieces almost look like plastic, but rest assured, they are proper and thick cloth pieces that are perfect for this trooper. As always, the move-accurate blaster is a big plus. Would reccomend to anyone, even if the buildable figure sub-genre is not your thing. This is a great display piece.
