Worst lego set since reboot
" I love Lego Friends since the reboot. The sets were better polished, more solid and became a whole new level of classy contemporay fun product unlike the cheap imitation-like (no eye for colour combination) designs before.
But this Friendship House shares abit of old fashion vibe that came from past designs before reboot. It's as if the former designers had a hand in it.
Please stick to the new designers (ones who created Mia's house, camper van and the racing series sets). The older designers have structure experience but NO EYE for colour combination, creating a clean simple but visually appealing interior. They throw in too many random cheap looking pieces like in Vet clinic, Olivia's house etc - old school and lack of creative intelligence.
Please continue with the new designers since reboot. It's a pop of well combined colours and polished edges! And not as if a designed used random lego pieces to check off the list of features to include function in play.
This friendship house is a better improvement from before but still had that old designer touch hence getting bad reviews elsewhere. Fix that.

LEGO Friends is ACE since reboot
" This set is the best in the Lego Friends Theme so far
Since the Lego Friends reboot via Girls on a Mission, not just the animation looks less cheap (like something out of our free local channels), the animation is now looking so solid and made me scrambling everywhere to find season 2 after the grand prix episode! Before the reboot, I wouldnt want to collect anything Lego Friends to reflect the cheap looking expressionless animation where all 5 main characters look evil in expressions. Now since reboot it's like a whole new world created worth going ga-ga in love for. It's like a whole new brand!
The Lego Friends sets since reboot is sooo different in visuals too. Before this, the designs look like accidental designs made of China-cheap imitation toys. The box designs were cheap looking like something out of imitation designs or unknown brands stashed in a small convenient store. The mini dolls used to look so faint and depressing in expressions. Emma & Olivia's house for example is so messy and looks like an amateur designed it. Now Lego Friends (especially this set, Mia's house, racing themes) looked so polished, solid, expensive well designed pieces. The image given is clean, contemporary and classy cute more suitable for Lego. The mini dolls look more animated, expensive looking and polished. Everything looks so professional and well put together erasing any random rough unneccessary spots the theme sets used to have.
Has the designers changed? I'm sure the old designers are only kept out of courtesy but boy the new ones really 'get it'. They made Lego Friends now looking like a must-have quality in design, product l unlike before. I'm currently obsessed since the Friends reboot. Never discontinue this theme.
