"I bought this for my daughter who loves making little homes for her various minifigs. We've already had hours of fun imaginative play with this set, inviting Mia's friends over to see her new bedroom, etc.
The build was quick and is sturdy. The accessories are great for play; having observed the trend in my daughter's play style I am now conscious of acquiring sets that have as many swappable accessories as possible..."

A Solid Introduction to the Theme
"I really wish I'd discovered this theme earlier. It's piqued my interest before but I was on the fence. Having now got a set on the shelf I regret not picking up some sets over the last couple of years.
The main model is cool. Its construction is solid and the operation of all the play-elements (stud-shooters, extending arms) doesn't feel flimsy or awkward as they do on some sets.
I'm a bit disappointed in the back of the main vehicle which is bare, making it seem like a facade that's only meant to be seen from the font/sides rather than a complete vehicle. The little cart that sits in the centre is a bit rubbish too, though it has kept my daughter entertained for an hour so far, delivery orange-stud mail to every room in the house, so I'm not too upset about it looking ugly and under-designed.
The detachable flyer is okay as part of the main vehicle but when it's detached it leaves both vehicles looking a bit whack. Probably good for play more than as a display model."

Nostalgia + Variety
"I mainly bought this set as a way of bulking up my brick collection with an array of pieces in a variety of colours. The built-in storage was also a plus.
This set also (predictably perhaps) gives me a big nostalgia hit, taking me back to the joys of LEGO I experienced as a kid. The plain minifig parts in particular are a welcome addition to my collection.
Add in heaps of minifig accessories that will fuel hours of imaginative play with my daughter, instructions for some neat mini sets and the potential for all kinds of imaginative building with the wide range of colours and shapes in the box and this is a definite winner."
