Little whimsy for my desk
" This is a great little set that I find useful for my desk at home. Nice bright colors. Good price for the number of bricks. It holds many pens / pencils, the back removable roof is good for hiding paper clips, and the empty garden space is a perfect fit for a sharpener. I like the playful look of the Lego figure fixing the roof. The OOPS of the fallen flower pot. One thing I found it could use was a door handle.
When I put it on my desk, I found it more "useful" to take the Lego figures out, replace the fallen brick... and I added a door handle. "

My Favorite from Series 5
" I really like the metallic pieces used to make Jinky. He looks big and tough like, but friendly too!
Mixels are just SILLY and FUN! Series 5 Mixels are quick to build 6 - 7 minutes each.
They all have fun pieces, and colors that can be used elsewhere.
I put all 9 of the Series together and then I went to the Lego Mixel site and built the MAX for each color group. Creating the Max took considerable more time from 15 - 23 mins each.
Jinky is a Klinker, and as it turned out the Klinkers Max was also my favorite. "

Love this
" I have been wanting to add a firetruck to my collection and this one seemed to be the right fit when I ordered it... and it definitely was what I was looking for.
Love the little details, the fireman's hats!, the mask and air tank! Not a fan of stickers but found them to be not difficult in this set. The hardest part and kind of the funnest part was rolling up the hose "just right" Like the extendable ladder and the cute fire hydrant.
All in all a fun set to put together. "

Great Bad Guy Vehicle
" I very much enjoyed this set. Was a fun build, nothing to tricky. The hovercraft was fun, but the bad guy's truck was cool, liked the back wheels, and the colors! I like the whole look of the set. Their hide-out was simple, but it fit the build.
This set goes nicely with the Swamp Police Starter Set. "

Great Fun
" Love all the little details! You can switch their faces around so they can look spooked! Took almost 2 full watching of Ghostbusters movie to sort and build. This is the first set that I bought with the intention of displaying. Well worth the money.

" This was my first Friends set. I thought I would give it a try.
The sizes of pieces were strange, instead of one by one bricks to make a 6 piece high, they were just a columns. The boat isn't sturdy. So crowded that I cannot imagine even a child's hands playing with this like a doll house. Many of the pieces were little purple do-dads for their hair....takes away from the value per piece.
pros: some pieces I will be able to use in other sets, like the chest (which there was no where to place), windows and doors always useful, a cute factor.
I will not be purchasing another Friends set "

Favorite Creator Building Set
" Loved all versions of this set! The details were wonderful. The ladder you can raise/lower, the bucket to haul things up top... great touches. Found myself doing all 3 versions in one day!

So Cute
" I feel lucky to have found this set at the lego store price!
That said I really enjoyed building all three versions! My favorite for detail was the Advanced Build, for the details, but mostly because you can take off the roof. The experienced Build was a close second for its detail and the way it opens up.
