"I write this review through the eyes of my almost 6yo daughter. Now that she built few small/medium sets, she easily put the taun-taun together while I was assembling the AT-AT. This micro-fighter is a great set to build together, talk about the story behind the set, and play together. 200+ pieces with 2 minifigures with the trademark rights is definitely a bargain. The quality is great. If I were to find something to do better for the next version (in few years from now), would be to try to articulate the legs of the taun-taun so the one playing with the AT-AT can chase the other playing with the Taun-taun. In any case, it is one of the best Star Wars made recently and allows for introducing the saga to the next generation."
"First, thank you LEGO for bringing more 3-in-1 sets, it is the best value for the money when it comes to giving/offering a LEGO to a young child. I bought and gave this set to my almost 6yo daughter. She built this set on her own. She loved it because it was challenging enough that it kept her busy for 2 hours from opening the box to full built of the large design (tree house). She then spent 2 days playing with it, inventing stories and scenarios with a couple smaller sets. Then she just spent a whole morning undoing it and building on of the other two design. In whole this 3-in-1 set kept her busy on and off for a bit more than a week during spring break. Hence very good value for the money while parents are working from home. If your kid is into documentaries on the savannah, I recommend the set 31112 (3-in-1 Lion/warhog/ostrich and the 60288 race buggy transporter for a full safari/animal discovery).
I recommend LEGO to make a couple more 3-in-1 (e.g. Elephant/Hippo/Rhino or Cheetah/Meercat/Hyena )"
