Juniors Sets Are A Rip Off
" Pros: Figures are great and while none are exclusive they look good. Both vehicles are something found in the cartoons and comics and are both quite playable. Actually one of the better designs for a Juniors set. Also there are no stickers!
Cons: These Juniors sets are just gouging the customers on price... at almost $.20 per part...these are insanely overpriced. This set is already on clearance at Walmart all over the valley...I paid $3.99 and that felt high for the contents. Lego should really have a word with their marketing on these Junior price points. TOO EXPENSIVE. "

Not America's Motorcycle
" Pros: Sturdy and well built. Vehicle is very swooshable. The addition of a helmet for Captain America was long overdue. Looks good.
Cons: Stickers. This set was not a hit with the kids...it was not in the movies and the size makes it bigger than most trucks. It is not very visually inspired and feels like the B-Team was put on it just to have one more set in the line. This set was also not a hit with parents. at $.12 per part it is WAY overvalued. Every store in the retail market I have been to is selling it for $15 or less. I paid $13 which feels about right. Lego has really inflated the set prices this year and it isn't going unnoticed. "

Excellent Quinjet...Wrong Movie
" Pros: This is probably the most swooshable and fun version of the Quinjet to date. The build is fun and adults and kids both love it. The details provide some rether clever little techniques...not your standard brick on brick setup which gave it just a little extra challenge. Overall a really nice addition to the MCU line.
So-So: As fantastic as the vehicle is this set is not in the movie...would have been nice to get the newer Quinjet. That said this fact leaves it as a toss up because while not movie accurate it is very nice.
Cons: Stickers. The little bike adds nothing to the set...and is not in any of the movies. Kids are not impressed with it. These parts easily could have been replaced with figures or movie accurate motorcycles. BY FAR though the biggest let down in this set are the figures. The kids immediately commented that Widow, Hawkeye and Thor were all just wrong. Widow has a male body print (the same print Lego has used for EVERY hero in the EG run despite obvious on screen varriations)...all 3 had inaccurate hair and faces from this movie having just been phoned in reissues of past figures. For the higher price of $.10 per part this absolutely could have had more effort. Like all the endgame sets so far...stores were already marking them down 20-25% on the day of the movie release. This set is really a $60 set in an $80 box. We got it at Walmart the day the movie came out for $55 so retailers are onto the 2019 price gouge that Lego is pushing. This same set last year would have absolutely been $60. "

Motorcycles lead to carnage...but in a fun way.
" Pros: I am a huge fan of this set. At $.08 per part it is a fair value and probably the best so far of 2019 for the Marvel line. The Carnage figure is the best to date and his tendrils are very possible and easy to make into a dynamic scene. I'm a HUGE fan of Mile Morales and it was super fun to get him in figure form again. He looks good. Next there is the bike which I like as well. Its a fun build and looks good when done. It is very swooshable and stable in play. While it is a little big for the figures it doesn't detract from the play the same way the Captain America bike also released this year does. Finally I love the little lab build. It is generic enough that it fits well inside other builds but it pops enough to add to the set. A lot of the time Lego tacks on elements that don't add to the play. In this case it was done right and feels like it brings something to the scene that can also be added to other sets. It has been extremely well received by both the kids and myself as an adult collector.
Cons: It loses a few points for stickers...but still a solid set. "

Juniors Sets = Rip Off
" Pros: No Stickers. The boat build is actually a nice little build and the kids love that it will actually float during tub time. Its a fun color for a boat that has not been done before.
Cons: These Junior sets are getting out of hand on price. I got this for 50% off and it was STILL expensive per part. At the retail price of $30 you are paying $.20 per part...WAY TOO MUCH MONEY even considering the few bigger parts included. The entire Juniors line is overpriced and I recommend avoiding them. "

Death Star 2.0 But Still Vulnerable
" I am going to start this review by noting that I have both versions of this set. The original version was impressive for the time but had SO MANY ISSUES with part consistency and substitutions. It was launched as Lego was expanding operations overseas and suffered A LOT. Parts were missing, parts were the wrong color, some parts had TERRIBLE inconsistancies in the plastic color and some were flat out transluscent and it took MONTHS to get them traded out with Lego due to demand. It was an amazing set with a lot details but man was it a problem one. Mostly I bought the updated set in hopes of having a better made set. That said all the mentioned issues above were addressed and fixed by Lego. I also had none of those issues with the new release. The new version offers a lot... but isn't without issues of its own.
PROS: The biggest of these were the updates to the figures. Almost every figure has better detail and more accurate hair and faces. In every case the figures are excellent. Play feature wise this set has tons. Hidden knobs and levers let you turn and raise weapons and the death star dish and fire the cannons. The garbage compactor has a functioning trap door and crusher. There are operating cranes and elevators and shield generators. The layout was fantastically designed. Allowing scene to scene transitions that follow the movie story. The details are also amazingly well done. The most impressive thing though is just how solid the whole thing is once built. It is easy to pick up and move...but probably too heavy and awkward to do for kids under 10. It is a very stable set for the size.
So-So: This set is great as a play piece but it suffers as a display piece. It is interesting to look at but not the same way the UCS sets are. There is no "skin" to the death star so you are always looking in at the rooms. For a play set it really is good for kids but for adults the spaces are so cramped in spots that it can be tricky to access for posing and play with big hands. This is a weird set...too expensive for most kids to use in daily play and not quite pretty enough for an adult display piece. I think that means it has a narrow market compared to most sets.
Cons: At $500 this set should never have had stickers...at that price we should have gotten decorated parts that were painted. Additionally, the remake while having vastly nicer figures did not update the part count or overhaul the major design features of the DS that much. They made minor changes to reflect updates in parts and blaster mechanics but the part count is only 1 part higher than the original...but they upped the price $100 from the first release. That seems excessive given the 99% identical build of the set. Even with 8 years worth of inflation we should have only seen the price go up $20. The fact that they were still selling the UCS Falcon with 1300 MORE parts for the same $500 price when this was issued shows that value disparity as well.
Overall this is a really, really fun build and it was a really well done set. To be honest though...I'm not sure the remake was worth the extra dollars. For $100 more we should have gotten a skin to cover it with...and price per part we could have if the UCS Falcon part count was an indicator. In the end I don't regret it...but I do feel like this set was just no bargain in the end. "

Good Set...But Not Really Movie Related.
" Pros: Mini-Ant-Man, Nebula Figures are very nice. The base is a fair representation of the base and a couple nice build features to give it its look like the window mountings, security gate and the dining hall. Over all the base is decent and that part is relevant to the movie. It also fits well into the Lego City themes making it an easy add to your town settings.
So-So: Iron Man figure is decent but I felt like they could have given him his lightning cannon like the movie had. Also could have used an infinity glove he could wear...although that would have been a major spoiler so that is understandable. Missed chance there...it was a pivotal part of the scene and would have been pretty easy to add. The car and the helicopter were pretty dang meh. The Car is an okay build and serves as a good play feature. As such it is not terrible but it absolutely should have been the Quantum Tunnel Van from the actual movie instead. The helicopter was bad. There was no reference to it in the movie and it is just ugly...even the kids hate the chopper...should have used the parts to add more to the base or for more figures like WarMachine Mk5 or Mk 6. The vehicles were just meh.
Cons: Stickers always get a set marked down in my book. Hulk and Thanos were just disappointing. They could have at least given us Hulk in the Quantum Suit and glasses...he pretty much wore those his entire time in the movie. Thanos also needed an update to his attire for the set...and they really should have included all the infinity stones but we only got 2. I HATE the Captain Marvel figure...her hair was totally wrong and she was in the movie so little and was so unimportant to the story they should have given us Pepper Potts in the Rescue suit instead. She was a much more important player in the movie and ESPECIALLY this scene. Even Dr. Strange would have been more fitting for the scene. The minion felt unneeded. This scene had so many villain and hero figs they could have used instead they should have just given us one of those instead. Value wise this set just did not bring the heat. Should be 20% cheaper easily based on what we got...and retailers are selling it for that even during the opening weekend of the movie. In fact ALL the marvel sets are 20-30% cheaper even now at Walmart, Target and Amazon. "

Pirate VS Bat
" So-So: This set has me torn. Its a really fun build for the figures. It just doesn't have much else going...but it does have some good parts and some unique ones too. That said I think the contents probably could have been part of a bunch of the other sets. Then again I do like the pirate build. "

Meh...Should Have Been A Movie Set
" Pros: Fun vehicle...not great but OK. Includes the main villain from the movie even though it isn't a movie set. Clever figure display stands.
Cons: Didn't need Batman here...should really have just made this a movie set and gave us the Atlantian sub instead. "

Overpriced But Good Set
" PROS: This set comes with the best vehicle and the best figures from the movie. The sub actually looks very movie accurate. We finally get a Mera figure.
CONS: Stickers. This set really got overpriced by being a Target exclusive. Should have been 25% lower. Target always jacks up their exclusives and for such a big movie this set should have gotten better distribution. "
