"Like the other LEGO Batman Movie masks in the series, The Joker is made of a thin, flexible plastic foam-like material and is comfortable to wear. Adjustable elastic band. Good value."
"I found these for sale shortly before we took a family roadtrip 4,000 km across Canada, and bought three for my young sons which I do not regret at all. (I knew they would be free with $35 purchase after June 1 but the timeline was too tight to collect them before we left.) It's a great little set with TONNES of play potential, and it comes in its own travel container which is nice. I handed the sets to the boys on our first stop and they were absolutely thrilled. It became my mission to shoot the TravelBuddy at all our stops and upload them to LEGO's website with the hashtag above, and this was fun for me also. I highly recommend the set! The kids even enjoyed his little passport book, although I will say the cardboard suitcase got a bit squashed with multiple trips in and out of my overpacked purse. Ideally, I'd have preferred a tight hard plastic case but that would probably set the price point too high for a large-scale giveaway. Also, after the first six pics I started to get fussy about all the minifigure accessories I had at home out-of-reach. (Next time, I'll pack my ski goggles and a helmet.) I cannot wait to add to his adventures as we continue with our day trips through the summer. You NEED this set! I happily paid for it three times while you can get it for free. Don't delay, he will make your day."

Our #LEGOTravelBuddy shoots a Pachyrhinosauraus at the Royal Tyrrell Museum in Drumheller, Alberta
"I wait with bated breath for the release of every new Minifigure Series and this one did not disappoint. Every one is a winner but the clear favourites at our house with the kids are the Rocket Boy and Retro SpaceMan, with corn Cob Guy coming a close third. These make for great gifts and even better goodie bag party favours. Don't delay, get yours today!"
"While I don't *get* exactly what the Wave 1 Shields are good for in the Merlok 2.0 game, we've managed to collect all but two of them, and the children seem to really enjoy the app as well as the NEXO KNIGHTS theme in general. Being old as dirt, it's not quite my bag but they're happy. As long as you have access to lego.com, finding the Blind Bags is all-but guaranteed; I've bought them everywhere I've come across them at retail as well as on lego.com. Of course we have doubles but the boys have either traded those or combined the duplicates on that three-point Combo Power shield which seems to make them extra excited so I have to assume it's good for something. I also gave bags of Shields away as guest gifts at a party we had. In short, it's good and harmless fun. And when the excitement of the Merlok 2.0 game has faded, they'll always be LEGO parts to use with something else. Plus, when you combine the Wave 1 shields with all the shields you get in the other NEXO KNIGHTS sets, it makes for an impressive collection. All hail the Power of Ice Cream!"
"If you have a rabid Batman fan in the house like I do, you must get this LEGO Dimensions set. I heard nothing but pleas and 'pleases' for weeks until it was finally released. Perfect segue between Batman and the beloved Nexo Knights in our house. Keep the new characters coming, Lego Group! We anxiously await the TEEN TITANS GO! Crew too."
"I bought this set for my six-year-old on a whim, and it might be his all-time favorite to date. He built it in about 90 minutes and then carried it around the house like a much-loved rag doll for the whole week, customizing the hammer-hand to wear as a backpack and adding 'jewels' from our existing collection as 'detailing'. Once completed, Clayface is very sturdy, nicely poseable, and fun with which to play. My only word of caution stems from the rapid-fire stud shooters: I found it VERY easy to accidentally rapid-fire studs across the room at which point I spent the next 20 minutes on hands and knees searching for them. Alternatively, you could find them all in an instant if you went barefoot. Ultimately, it's a great set and one your sons (and daughters) will enjoy. Buy it without delay!"

'Please, mom, please? Can we make the volcano now?" Clayface asks.
"Two of my sons (ages 5 & 6.5) took turns building the BATCAVE Break-in over the span of a work week. It does not disappoint! Plenty of play features, and an excellent way to integrate your The Lego Batman Movie Minifigures into personal storylines. The Penguin's Duck and Cover vehicle is a joy to behold, as are his murderous mini-henchbirds. The bat boat is also super sturdy and impressive. The boys loved the bat computer and I found myself snickering at the screenshot of the pretzel. At time of writing, there were five days left until the movie opened, and we are counting down the days to see it. This set is a good investment for your Batman Lego fans, I recommend it as a good Lego family investment."

Excellent Batsuit storage capabilities for your Batman series minifigures
"If there's one thing my kids love as much as LEGO itself, it's Batman, so this series has been eagerly anticipated in our household for months. Twenty figures and all are great! Love the ducky Batman and Batman ballerina especially. It's a nice mix of characters, crooks and variations on Batman. Not a dud among them. Great detail and accessories. (The Joker's giant frown makes me smile.) Can't wait to collect the sets and see the film on release. Great job, LEGO! Keep them coming."
"I was intrigued by LEGO Series 14 Minifigures Monsters! when it was first announced earlier this year but it was the reaction of my LEGO-loving children that really sold this line to me: they loved it at first sight. The witch and tiger lady are top favourites. Plus the mad scientist. They are all just so great. We have a LEGO logging and mining camp set up on our dining room table right now so I cannot wait to set the wolf man loose on that.
As a family, we are in the process of collecting our complete Monsters minifigure series set of 16 and each new addition is welcomed with many growls and howls. I think it is nothing short of amazing that the line sold out on lego.com within 48 hours. I was waiting with baited breath for the stroke of midnight on September 1 to buy mine and I am so glad I did.
Of course, I wish I'd had the foresight to get my hands on the now-retired Monster Fighters Haunted House set to accompany this series, but we are absolutely making it work with the Scooby-Doo line, and if we were to expand our LEGO City collection to include the fairgrounds, these ghouls would make a perfect addition at the carny funhouse.
And, naturally, I am already looking forward to Series 15! What will it be? Another themed series, I hope. This one is obviously a resounding success!"
