Fairly Ingenious
" This is my first Technic set in a LONG time... so i was not quite sure how i was going to react. The appearance of the technic sets seems more rigid and blocky than Lego System sets so this made me hesitate on getting a technic set for a while...
However, i must say the build is much more challenging and the final product is very rewarding. The clutch system is ingenious, and the power functions work like a charm. If you haven't picked up a technic set in a while this is a GREAT starter! I am thoroughly impressed with Lego's design on this set, and I plan on investing into more Technic sets very soon!

For a first Lego Star Wars set there are more affordable choices than the Republic Cruiser. However, if you've been wanting to add this to your collection for a while then don't hesitate! Buy it!

Nifty
" This keychain is great for purely looks. If you want something you can take apart or play with while you're waiting in line somewhere you will be disappointed as this doesn't move. But strictly as a keychain model this is a classic piece that I reccomend.

Excellent
" As my first agents set, I must say this is quite an impressive piece. The minifigs are very animated and have nice weapons, but the real prizes here are the vehicles. The truck performs well functionally with the blasting gold flatbed, while the plane is just plain good looking. If you are considering getting an agents set this is a GREAT starting point as it takes advantage of the theme's color scheme and imaginative play.

Overall a good set...
" I just picked up this set after wanting it for a while and I must say that it met all of my expectations. The color scheme is greatly enhanced by some green tan and red bricks, and the mini-figs are awesome although I like the new clone troopers more. My only problem with the set is that its kind of fragile (must be handled by a certain part) and that the third leg bends too easily making it unable to support the podwalker's weight. Overall though the set is great for display or for play with other sets, pick one up!

Intriguing
" This set is fairly expensive but has some GREAT parts. Some interesting technic pieces are a great addition to the build, and the two plunger pieces are ingenious and make the wings lowering smooth and silk. The missiles don't fire incredibly well but overall the build is challenging and rewarding. If you want an interesting and fun build look no further.

Fantastic
" I was very hesitant to buy this due to the price to piece ratio, however finally picked it up for more clone troopers to put in the Gunship or AT-TE. I greatly underestimated the set as the spider droid is awesome looking and great for play. Many people are saying the legs are flimsy but they are just highly adjustable, as I can put the droid in many sweet positions. The mini-figs are awesome and make up for the set's price. Wether you want more new clones or just a nice piece to add to your army, I say buy it.

With a Rebel yell...
" This is a great little set. The speeder glides smoothly on hard or soft surfaces. The removable turret is a nice touch, with the only problem being the cannons shaky bouncing up and down when moving the speeder. Aside from this the set is a blast. It includes 4 AWESOME looking rebels that I have wanted for a long time, and are very well designed. If you want the rebels, get the rebels!!!

Nice... but
" This set is well designed and looks great. It is a long build, but fun and fairly rewarding in the end. The mini-figs are interesting, and while people don't like the new look they are starting to grow on me. There are a lot of compartments and doors to keep you occupied and keep play interesting, but not as interesting as it could be.
There are a few issues that keep this set from being amazing. First, the set has a LOT of stickers rather than painted bricks. This leads to the set looking a little less realistic. My big problem with the set is the cockpits always coming off rather than opening properly. This is minor at first but after a while it gets very frustrating. Hopefully the bricks are just a little stiff and it will solve itself in time, but that the main problem I have with the set.
All in all its a fun set to build and it has a lot of features, but it lacks the solid uninterrupted playability that other sets like the fantastic AT-TE have. "

When droids attack, it's time to call in the mighty AT-TE! This powerful 6-legged walker features details straight from the Clone Wars, including positionable legs, movable cannons, firing missiles, and armored hatches and cockpit that open to reveal the cabin and troop bay inside. Even with its flying STAP vehicle, the battle droid doesn't stand a chance against Anakin Skywalker and the clone army of the Republic! Outstanding
" Ok so far from the Clone Wars sets this is the most impressive that i've encountered. It is BIG for the piece count and more importantly is VERY sturdy. It has 6 rotating turrets and one large full-rotating laser cannon, which is very stable and easily positioned. The legs are well designed and while the rubber bands are questionable while building they turn out to be very useful when positioning this AT-TE however you want to.
I have only 2 minor cons for this set. First, it uses a lot of stickers to which I GREATLY prefer painted pieces. Second, there are 8 potential spots for clone troopers and only one besides Rex is given. These cons are very forgivable, especially since the set comes with great figures, but maybe not all the possible ones. I would have preferred one more clone to the battle droid AND its STAP.
To end this drawn out review, I recommend this set to anyone. Young, old, friend, stranger, it is a solid set that you won't soon forget. Buy It!!! "
