Full Speed Ahead!
" This model is really cool and was very fun to build. The set was not that hard to build, and I am very pleased with the final product. The interior is probably the most realistic part, but the least recognizable. There are two cars not counting the engine. The first car is more for regular minifigures, but the second one is much more fancy and elegant. I think that LEGO made the second one look really nice and cozy, but the first one is a little barren and I think it has room to improve. I like the outside of this train very much. It has a nice sleek look, which I think gives a perfect finishing touch to this model. Another thing I really like is that LEGO has included a female minifigure to drive the train. One thing that I did not like about this model is that it does not come with power functions. I think that it would have been a significantly better model if it included them. Overall, this model is amazing and I have fully enjoyed it. "

Who wants to take a road trip?
" This model, even though it may seem pretty simple, is not. You can play with it for hours, add little new bells and whistles to it every once and awhile, and be sure to get your moneys worth. To me, this model was a busload of fun! There is a lot to talk about, but I will start with all the really nice inside features:
- The Volkswagen T1 Camper Van really captures the era-there are many things that show this, but I will go with what many people will probably call the most iconic- The Lava Lamp.
- How nicely the table folds down so the chairs can fold into a bed
- How complicated the engine is-the designers did a wonderful job of making it look almost like the real thing
- How authentic the designers have made the van-from the Lava Lamp in the back to the opening front windows in the front
- The nice dashboard, clutch, steering wheel and gas pedals
- The pop top-LEGO has done an outstanding job on making it stay up and look good
Here are some of the amazing exterior designs of the Volkswagen T1 Camper Van:
- How nicely they have made the curves on the front-it must have been a real challenge
- In the back, LEGO has done a really good job making a nice trunk cover-everything fits and I have only had to repair it once

Just go to the detective!
" Overall, the Detective’s Office has been a wonderful and exciting build. This model does a really good job of capturing a regular scene and making it into a beautiful LEGO building. The building has many cool features, but my favorite probably would have to be the detectives office. The office is designed very nicely, and makes it look very real. Here are some of the nice features in this model:
- The theme - Prohibition. Instead of alcohol, LEGO uses cookies. The little area above the office bakes them and then secretly delivers them to the pool room via little secret passageways.
- How LEGO has spelled out the word 'pool' so nicely
- How LEGO has spelled out the word 'Al's' so nicely
-In the barber shop, there is a mirror that actually reflects
- How the stairs fold up so the barber shop is more accessible for playing
Here are some of the features in this model that could be improved:
- Even though the stairs go up in the barber shop, it still is really cramped and is hard to fully appreciate all the work LEGO has put into it
- The windows on the Detective’s Office don't go fully down, they stay awkwardly on one side or the other and give a bad showcase look
- Right above the barber shop there is a bathroom. Surprisingly there is no window shade or anything like that whatsoever. I find it odd that you can easily see someone in the bathroom.
- I think that the windows are lacking design in this model. It would have put the perfect finishing touch on the model if the windows were less plain
In the end, I think this is mostly a showcase model-it is sort of hard to play with. The price is a little bit high, but it is reasonable enough. Overall, it is a really good model with lots of cool elements and design. "

Adds an nice diverse look to my LEGO street
" Overall, the Brick Bank has been a wonderful and exciting build. One of the things that I really enjoy about this model is how much design the LEGO people have put into this model. they have made a beautiful corner building, but these are a few of the amazing interior designs:
- The bank's floor has an interesting and intricate design
- How fun it is to put the money through the washing machine (spoiler alert!)
- The fun way that the robbers go down into the vault (spoiler alert!)
- How nicely the vault door closes and STAYS closed.
- The nice new SHINY gold bar-all the old ones looked dull and not even in the shape of a gold bar. Finally LEGO decided to improve that horrible element.
- New really cool gold and silver coins
Coming back to how you put money through the washing machine---after 3 or 4 or 5 bills, it gets clogged and does not work very well. Also, there is not enough room in the vault to hold all the money- some of it has to stay out.
I feel that the laundromat lacks design. The outside is good enough, but the inside just has a chair and no desk to pay or anything like that.
My least favorite part of this model is that when you put the top level on, in the middle on the front, it does not go fully down and gives a bad showcase look.
Thank you so much for reading my review of this amazing model.
Yay for LEGO!!!

Amazing & fun build
" Overall, the Parisian Restaurant has been a wonderful and exciting build for me. Everything fits perfectly, and is fun and easy to play with. One of the things that I really enjoy about this model and other modular buildings is how many fun little elements are inside each room. My favorite part would probably be the kitchen. It has chefs, a fridge, a sink and much more. One of the things that I did not like so much in the model is how hard it is to see the art studio. It has a hinged curved wall that opens, not like a top that lifts off. Another thing that I don't like so much is how cramped the dining area is. LEGO did a beautiful job on the windows , floor and decoration, but it is so cramped that it is hard to fully appreciate and enjoy this area. To end my report, I would like to point out how nicely LEGO has made the top floor outer decorations. The beautiful architecture matches the French theme, and tops off the model perfectly.
Thank you so much for reading my review of this amazing model.
