Dis-advent-aged set this year...
" First time in a while that I won't be purchasing the Star Wars advent calendar and I'm pretty bummed about it. Despite bonus points for including Force Awakens material, it still lacks that LEGO mark of thoughtfulness and charm. My seven-year-old son and I look forward to the morning build each December but can't justify the price with the repeat ship models, lack of minifigs, and most importantly, no holiday-themed exclusive figure. Santa Yoda, Santa Vader, and Yeti Wookie along with more wintry builds made previous $40 asking prices palatable. This... not so much. Here's to hoping the 2019 calendar returns to form!
