Fun build! Attention to details!
" Oh my Gosh! Did the designer of this set Christopher Perron grew up in northern China? I feel he must be my childhood friend who remembers every details of a lunar new year celebration. I'm so deeply touched by the attention to details: pictures on doors , different types of fire crackers, Chinese cabbage stored in "nature fridge"...
The building process is fun. I enjoyed making the Nian creature. I hope to see more set like this in the future!

Beautiful set!
" I don collect modular buildings or build Lego city, but I fall in love with this set the momr I see it! It's not a tall set which means you can easily put it on a shelf. The building technics are very interesting, especially the river section.
It's a beautiful display piece in any home. I wish Lego keep making these eastern theme sets

Cool set with beautiful display carbinate
" Overall good set with awesome minifigures and lots of content. Only two small things bothered me.
1. The spells the wall have kind of fashion managinze word composition, which is a bit out of scene.
2. Professor Flirwick should stand on a stack of books according to the novel. I hope they include couple of books or make the sticker horizontal. "

Weakest set compared with other three
" Nothing special in the set. Paid over 40 to buy just chair, shelf, table, and a bunch of accessories. Ron and Hermione has appeared in so many sets, and I really wished they include some rare characters such as Collin holding camera or Lee Jordan.
The most disappointing thing is that-professor McGonagall doesn't get a cat form!! How can you miss out such an iconic scene when making a transfiguration classroom? If you collect Harry Potter Lego like me, you'll notice that Professor McGonagall doesn't get a classroom in any of the current lego sets. This is the first and only transifiguration classroom, and it's been messed up. I'm very disappointed and wished I never bought this set.
