"Great set with an awesome minifigure selection. There are some very nice blocks used for the structural builds and plenty of katanas for all the characters. This set looks and feels very retro but futuristic mixing modern pop gaming culture with traditional Asian style architecture and the colours really stand out."
"Definitely a fun build with many techniques being used, keeping it interesting. The end result, the main section of the clock tower looks great, I will use it as a stand alone in my LEGO... when that happens?"
"It was a relaxing, easy going building experience. The end result looks stunning, I chose Darth Maul as there are lots of nice textures and colours to produce the most accurate representation out of the three optional builds and Darth Maul is a bit of an unsung Sith Legend."
"This set is cool and a bit of fun, minifigure selection is great but the price is a little high... sure many licensing rights for characters and logos."
"Apart from the minifigure selection, this is a terrible set. The building experience is not much fun, even though there are some interesting build techniques. There is a lot of waste, waste of part usage and space. Many of the parts/bricks are quite good and could be used for better builds. If you are an avid fan of The Avengers, you may like this regardless?! I don’t recommend this set to anyone."
"Upon making the purchase of this set, I was unsure about the appearance of the end product as a display piece. I grew up with LEGO and Star Wars and can be quite fussy when it comes to detail. About the build, the building process for me was enjoyable and slightly challenging. I’ve just recently started building LEGO again, so it took me some time to build. Techniques used to build Yoda fascinated me and I am more than happy with the complete build, it looks great and I can more appreciate it and it’s design. Very clever and fun build, reminds me of traditional LEGO displays from childhood times."
