My first lego kit as an adult
" I never played with Legos before as a child, but my boyfriend bought me this kit, because it was the beginning of the pandemic and he wanted to find a safe activity we could do together. Fast forward one year, and probably $2000 worth of Legos later---we had a Lego Christmas Village, have a couple cars, a bouquet of flower, and many other things that have now fostered a new passion as a Lego enthusiast. This was the kit that got it all started. I also now will be collecting Lego Books. "

The LEGO® Flower Bouquet (10280) building kit makes a unique gift or mindful project, creating a beautiful flower display model made entirely from LEGO pieces. Please note, a vase is not included. This flower bouquet delivers a vibrant display of colors and interesting shapes, inspired by real flowers such as roses, snapdragons, poppies, asters, daisies and grasses. Let your imagination bloom with customizable elements. Position the petals and leaves, then change the lengths of the stems to create wonderful arrangements for the home. Looking for the best gifts for birthdays, anniversaries or special occasions? The LEGO® Flower Bouquet set makes a special and unusual gift for friends, loved ones, or yourself, at any time of year. The stems come in a variety of lengths. As a guide, the ‘snapdragon’, with its straight stem, measures over 14 in. (36 cm) high. As the first ever LEGO® Flower Bouquet, this set includes a host of new colours and shapes that adult LEGO fans will love. The flowers are created from over 17 unusual LEGO® elements with realistic petal shapes and colours, to create an unexpected display that is sure to make people look twice. The LEGO® Flower Bouquet is part of the LEGO Botanical Collection. This revolutionary collection uses several elements made from a plant-based plastic, produced using sustainably sourced sugarcane. LEGO® components meet stringent industry standards to ensure they are consistent, compatible and connect and pull apart easily every time – it’s been that way since 1958. LEGO® components are dropped, heated, crushed, twisted and analysed to make sure they meet strict global safety standards.

Pretty room decorations
" I was so excited and thrilled for this set to come out, and I jumped on buying it. I love it, but even when I was watching the reviews before it even came out I was wondering why they picked such an unattractive bland boring color for the creative rose. I love the build of the rose, but the color choice has gotten under my skin. I think they did such a fantastic job with this set, but that color choice is the only thing knocking down one star. If they had included the red roses which I purchased multiple boxes of, then this would be a 5 star kit. That all being said, it's still an amazing steal for such a nice display kit. I am definitely interested in more flower kits, as I am sure so are many other people weather they chose orchids, lilacs, or hydrangeas I am going to buy them all. "

Beautiful Addition in the Bouquet
" After building our Bouquet, the tulips--the roses were next. I was excited about the red roses mostly because I disliked the color of the roses in the bouquet. It was a fun, quick easy build, and I like all of the leaves both the ones on the stem and the ones on the bottom of the buds. The only thing I would change is that in the bouquet the roses have a different color on the inside and I thought that gave the roses a beautiful dimension to them. That being said, I am very happy I bought multiple red roses being that they stand out and bring a gorgeous contrast to the bouquet flowers. I recommend them and advise you get multiples as 4 or 6 red roses are a wonderful decorative piece. "

Underwhelming but not bad
" This was my quickest build right and I built it after building the bouquet. I agree with the other reviewer, the stems are short and are going to be hard to place within the vase. I also thought that the tulip themselves were kind dinky and small. I also wish that you could bend the leaves like the flowers in the bouquet. All in all, for the price, it's not bad--average--maybe a good introductory kit for someone who isn't quite as interested or invested in Legos but wouldn't mind a cute little decoration. "
