Great set, but poor service
" Enjoying building the set, however..
At bag 11 a few parts were of a different color (a few of the CON. BUSH 2M FR. + CROSS AXLE were brown rather than reD).
At bag 12 there were a few more of the same parts brown vs red + I found 1 more "5 angle beam 90deg" part instead of a "5M beam".
Filled the online form to request the missing parts, but my request could not be automatically processed, so was rejected.
Called the customer service and after 20 minutes in the waiting list still got no answer.
Wrote an email to support and answer is that I would have got a reply within next week (i.e. more than 10 days).

This is not the level of quality of service I would expect. Disappointing experience.
