Interesting set
" Writing from an AFOL perspective, this set was not meant for me,but for my 4 year old son. We love that there are so many possible short and relatively simple, though for younger kids complex builds. Its also really nice that you get 5 sets of instructions for the 15 different models and that you can at any one time make 5 of them. We also really appreciate the premium resealable box usually only found in Architecture or Ideas sets so he can keep it separate from dad's Lego but still together for play. The modular interchangeable faces with different emotions are also great as it helps my son experiment with emotions, feelings and body language - thus allowing us to change the play experience. If you're looking at it from and adult perspective.besides having several rare coloured brackets and some interesting coloured pieces and the rarer crown piece, it may not appeal to you.... But for us, the set is a total to winner ! Good job Billund. "

A real treat in so many ways.
" I've built several of the Architecture sets and by far, this is my favourite set.
First of all, there is no play value as it's meant to be built, displayed and swooned over. As a display model, it's gorgeous with the subtle curves and sculpting of the two taller towers. I also love the variety in the choices in style of architecture. Unlike the London set which had a mishmash of different scales, these representations have similar scales, as much as is possible at microscale, resulting in a much more pleasing display.
From the perspective of construction, it's not overly hard for experienced builders, but there is a great variety of SNOT techniques and I learned a lot of new ways of building. The final tower is so satisfying to complete, with such an elegant an ingenious solution.
Finally, there is a real plethora of new parts and parts in new colours. It's a great set, even simply as a parts pack.
Hats off to the Lego designers, you've hit a real home run!! "

Great swooooshability !
" As a dad with a 5 year old daughter, we found this set incredibly fun to play with. This jet is much better value than the larger Friends passenger jet/airport. It is small enough that little hands can swoosh it around the room and durable enough that it won't fall off easily (e.g. larger jet's doors). As a dad, I also own previous Lego City passenger jets - and this one though small, ranks right up there due to its playability. We did do a few modifications though... we took of the annoying pink flowers on top as my daughter found the fuselage looked better and sleeker without them. We'll also eventually swap out the bulky seats and add more regular seats so it can accommodate more than 2 passengers - which would make the whole security gate accessory make more sense - who owns a private jet and still needs to be scanned ? Although I was at first turned off by the light blue, I actually kind of like it as it resembles some of the vacation package airlines colours that you often see now... anyways, great set Lego ! "
