"Simply put, a wonderful piece of art. So bottom line up front... is this expensive for what it is... well, yes... however... will you get years of enjoyment, will you enjoy the aesthetics of it, will you enjoy the beauty of the wood and the contrast of the plastic hands... absolutely, yes to all. This is a wonderful item and one I’ll certainly enjoy for many many years. If you’re on the fence... and this is only one mans opinion, but go for it. I doubt you’ll regret it. It will (as with me) be a guilty pleasure I’m sure and you’ll constantly think... really... how much! But I bet you’ll smile. Mine... pride of place on desk... hands adapted to hold fountain pen in one hand and ballpoint in the other... Have I smiled... yes. He’s tucked just out of sight when on a video conference, a constant sentinel, pens ready for action..."
"A short review for what’s ultimately a short build... however... what a great looking model! In summary not a challenging build but there are some interesting technics involved. What you get here however is a fantastic little machine. Certainly not spritely, but a fantastic little crawler. You won’t regret your purchase. I would highly recommend this build for the experienced and less experienced Lego fan alike as both a great build experience (not hard, but enough to entertain) and a great active model. This is a crawler through and through and a lot of fun is to be had building obstacles to scale. There are a lot of stickers to be applied, I nearly didn’t but don’t regret their application as the model does look great, I do wish however Lego would move to printed parts (as with Lambo) as feel this would match the quality brand that ultimately is Lego. Parents of younger build fans should be mindful of both stickers and need for smart devise to control vehicle. In summary a fun build, a great Technic set which will give hours of fun both in build and play. In my humble opinion a classic of the future. Enjoy. Thanks for reading."

"In summery: A highly recommended build experience, and fantastic value for the money.
The awesome experience starts from point you collect or have box delivered, it’s huge, and you immediately feel your experiencing something special. I took my time with build doing limited sections at a time. The build and mechanics increasingly impressed making set worth the experience for that alone (even if your not a massive crane fan). Bravo to the designers. Personally, nothing I can fault with set. 1 piece missing during build, here again Lego re-affirmed their quality brand image, part ordered within minutes arriving about a week later with small Lego embossed plastic bag... simples. All in all a great experience end to end with great functions that further enhanced value for money (yes, even at my age, the inner child came out forcing experiments to test boom lifting capabilities across retracted/extended positions). A must have In my humble opinion for any Technic fan. From a pure building experience perspective, I am eager to see how Lego can beat... Thank you for reading."
